Cotric will have no choice other than to leave Canberra as it’s perfect clear they don’t want him.
Bostock contracted to Phil’s for 2025, they won’t let him go.
Vakenai good for yardage Carrie’s and a good finisher, but mistakes are a concern.
Skelton is the one I’d be going hard for, what pathways would he block as we don’t have any big, strong & fast wingers in the horizon.
Someone else mentioned Blake Wilson from the Bulkdogs and although contracted to them for 5 years ago 2025, I agree he looks like a definite NRL winger who cannot get a regular start with the Bulldogs, he’s be a good fit for us.

It appears we do because our back five aren’t doing enough grunt / power work. Watch the best teams like Penrith / Easts and their centres and wingers do much more work in attack out of their end. Stef and Klem are knocking up because they’re being asked to do too much and our bench rotation is ordinary. They are both quality starting front rowers. A wrecking ball second rower who busts tackles wouldn’t hurt.

Our back four missed 16 tackles to 4, I think it was. That’s part of the issue to go with the grunt work. Our forwards have to work harder than others to get back on side and then to take the run, every set. Then be fresh enough to dominate the other pack.
But Stef had 3 runs at halftime, that’s unacceptable, but unusual. 🤷‍♂️

He's 6'0, 92/93kg, a good front-on defender, can pass both ways and is a genuine running threat.

And its because they have a huge stadium and corporate boxes by the dozens. A lot of $$$$$$ flowing into the club. Those dollars can be spent on attracting players to the lower grades. Bingo!
That's what Richo is aiming at; to grow the Tigers; so we can sponsor players [whatever grade they want] and stay under the cap for the NRL players.
We need to get out of the LO mindset. Get the nostalgic blinkers off if we want to win an NRL comp.

The NRL. It's common knowledge in league circles that players will take contracts at other clubs from time to time.

Were not short a winger.

Turuva + Staines + Naden who can play there.
Winger is too the position that local Juniors can enter first grade the easiest, even though it is really a tricky position.

We do not need Backline Depth, we have needed backline Talent for ages and finally get some with Olam.
We need Front row depth to cover injuries there and allow people to play hard.

Il,bet we add min 3 more players for 25 , probably reserve graders on the verge but we will add , we can’t keep going like we are 14/15 th in the NrL and a bog average reserve grade team and hopefully coming through in 2 / 3 years time , we need to buy now and remove dead wood , also I don’t think we will buy crap anymore with Benji and RicHo doing the recruiting, Centre Prop next please and these can be fringe from othe r clubs
