Fiji are being done over by Cecchin, some very bad calls going against them IMO. Probably under instructions to get the Kiwi's to advance to the semi-final.
Looks like it to me too.
Letting the kiwis get away with murder at the ruck

Re: Our immediate future

Following an ordinary couple of days I woke up wearing brown coloured glasses. I think that our recruitment may not only produce an ordinary season next year, but lock us in to the bottom on the table for years to come. We have signed experienced first graders who are nothing special and will not i...

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

In all fairness I feel the club had rested on its laurels in the past and relied on the talent supplied to them via local clubs or keebra park. Correct me if I'm wrong but benji was the first and last player that was actually sounded out by us then provided a scholarship to Keebra park. It seems si...

If they play Cronk at 7 and Pearce at 9, round 1 will be a good time to get them. Throw in Tedesco at 1, and their spine will probably need time to gel.
Yeah except we got a new spine too.

Re: Soccer talk and Banter , keep it all here

This team plays like they are on L plates. Transition from defence is slow and just god awful. They seem to wait for their opnents to set their defences before moving the ball to their attackers. When Syria was down to 10 men and out on their feet with fatigue the Australian flankers just pass the ...

The inside story of how the Bulldogs lost their way - and Des Hasler was sacked Andrew Webster Des Hasler thought he'd secured his future in a secret meeting at the Pullman Hotel at Sydney Olympic Park on April 3 earlier this year. Well, as secure as anything in rugby league can be in these confusi...

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

Realistically, what areas do you think we need to strengthen? I would say fullback, only because Lolohea is fairly unproven in that position, and after him I can't see many really good options. And I think we're one prop short at this point, even with the re-signing of Grant. Going to be really int...

Re: Daily telegraph at it again

Geez that woman in the article wasn't shy when it came to details, saying that her son was conceived with Bodene while another bloke was watching on..............I just hope he was onside and stayed outside the 10. A late flop over the top would be a definite sinbinning in that instance. True. But ...

From memory he requested an early release from us to go to the warriors for personal reasons.
Maybe it wasnt so much that he had to go to NZ but he had to leave sydney.
But, anyway, who cares.

Re: RLPA Awards - 2017

Some very odd names in that team of the year. From memory the voting process involves each player nominating 3 opposition players on a 3-2-1 basis after each game. This sounds about right. So really it is just part gauge of who is the best player relative to the others in his own team, not in the w...

Gee there's alot of whinging going on about refs. But as a neutral observer I thought they got most of them right. Except for the Melbourne forward pass. There were a lot of tough decisions too.
But you were always going to get whinges from flnno, Barret and Arthur

I really like it and if our flag was to change I'd be happy with that one. Better than any I've seen so far. But if it's this hard to get gays to have the right to marry , how hard is it going to be change the flag. I don't think I will see it in my lifetime.
