Only a trial but we are ordinary . We have no points in us and surely will struggle to score points with Brooks and Reynolds as our halves. We have the worst spine in the nrl. Spoon specials
I think that you need to call Lifeline 131114.

Re: Wests Tigers: 2018 NRL Season Preview

Given our past seasons it's understandable that were expected to finish around 12th . But I think we'll do a bit better than that . As the stats say we have no problems making meters , it's the poor finish to our sets that kill us . Time for the so called playmakers to really step up ! I would say ...

Re: Realistic team list round 1 2018

People still don't have Felise in their sides? He was our best forward in the trial, which at least gives him a bench spot in my side. No doubting he was very good against the Cows which was great to see, the kid has talent and we never saw it last year. With the depth we have in the front row, it ...

Re: Team Announcement – Trial Match v Cronulla Sharks

Whilst I trust Cleary, on paper that's comfortably the worst 1-17 in the comp. Really hoping ET, Twal, Sue and Benji are fit for round 1 and Tui/McQueen kill it in nsw cup In the trial game against the Cowboys JJ was 10 times the player the Jesse Sue will or has ever been, if you are pinning your h...

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

Is this a rumour thread or a salary cap thread. Just asking for a friend 😝 Was wondering the same thing myself can we keep to the subject please :brick: There’s not one thread in this forum that doesn’t meanders off topic, it’s just the way it works. Just go with the flow, and enjoy the ride.

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

Why can't it work????? Have no idea of numbers but suppose each club can have an NRL team of 150 points and they must fit 30 players into that 150. Say Cronk is rated a 10, Tedesco 10, Keary 7 etc. etc. It doesn't matter whether you pay Cronk $10 or $1,000,000 he is still going to count as 10 point...

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

100% agreed.....There are a 101 ways you can pay a player extra without attracting the salary cap auditor. The only system that will work is a point system. Doubt we will ever see it because it would appear powerful people do not want a level playing field I don't agree, a points system is flawed a...

Some of the old links dont work so ill put this one up. I think it shows a few things. * Big body, always on the front foot and plays whats in front of him. Similar to Fitler minus the big booming step. * Nice soft hands. * Picks the right pass at the righ...

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

The problem with both the comparisons of TPA's is it only factors in the NRL approved ones. The RLPA is zero chance of agreeing to access to players financials. The only way to develop system is a points system... While money is involved, there will ALWAYS be corruption! 100% agreed.....There are a...

Unlike last year we seem to have backups in every position this year, it’s a good headache for Ivan.

Re: Few Quick thoughts from the Trial

this just me thinking out loud, i wish we had not signed Reynolds, thought tui was playing well at 5/8 last year and we have a few who can slot into fullback. so if tui fails at fullback does Ivan drop josh and play tui or does he just get pumped from spot to spot. his running game at 5/8 is so muc...

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

I dunno Heighington giving Teo a spray for stepping out of the way of a TRY will long live in my memory.. So will Corey Payne belting him at training for not putting in during games, loved Corey Payne for that. Especially when Hayne head butted Corey, and copped a few good hits for his trouble.

James Maloney -wayde egan?

That kid can play.
Wayde certainly can play he’s from Lithgow and I’ve seen him play before the Panthers are going to use him as NC replacement when he signs with the West’s Tigers.

HUSH, HUSH Which half and his coach are at loggerheads over team selections? This player wants to swap a member of their spine with a rookie as they’ve struck up quite the combination at training but the coach won’t budge. https://www.foxsports.com.au/nrl/nrl-premiership/private-ryan-titans-sharp-s...

Re: Realistic team list round 1 2018

I'd prefer to wait until we see everyone get a run, but I get the feeling the following will be there: 1. Lolohea 2. [MWZ or Thompson] 3. Naiqama 4. Marsters 5. Nofoaluma 6. Reynolds 7. Brooks 8. [either Packer, Twal or Matulino] 9. [id suggest ET will start here] 10. [either Packer, Twal or Matuli...
