Re: Twal

Anyone has any goss on why he was dropped last week. It could not be form, he has been strong all year No inside goss at all but a suggestion that he has played mostly off the bench and to get full match fitness and also to freshen him up (many forget it is his first full year in the NRL in a very ...

What must he be thinking. Punted Robbie as he thought he was a has been. Robbie being Robbie comes back and literally changes our season. I always knew jt was a twat. Re: Farah's Last Hurrah

One more year for Farah will do no harm in helping develop Liddles game. All clubs carry two hookers we will only have to sign another one. He is probably the best option and is an asset while ever he is fit and able rather than a problem. If the terms and conditions are right he will bring more va...

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

Being impatient and rushing out to sign a player to replace those we have or will release this year is why we are here today Eg Tui Rochow McQueen and others If we sign players just because they are available now we will end up in the same predicament next year It is hard We all know that But waiti...

Re: Class is class

Marshall was signed as backup half and has ended up playing most of the season because Reynolds can't get fit. Farah was signed when it became clear that Liddle isn't (yet) physically up to being starting hooker at NRL level. Both players were well aware of the circumstances under which they signed....

A 34 year old hooker that has missed half the season. We haven't had a signing this good since Matt Ballin.
I must have missed the bit where Farah did an ACL.

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

Is Cleary looking for a hooker..? Something wrong with him if he isnt. Liddle is fragile and will never play 80 mins every week and we basically have noone else nrl standard. Liddle is the next 5 year project, taking over from Brooks, we may just over rate our juniors, or persist where other teams ...

Re: Aaron Woods - Signs with Bulldogs [Official]..

Tele has been reporting that we have made inquiries about Woods, but take that with a grain of salt. The Telegraph is obviously getting nothing out of the Tigers or Dogs - they were nowhere on the Mbye story. So any info they have is probably from Isaac Moses, ie is solely being put out there to bo...

Same as every year: grand final win, Roosters, Souths and Parra all expelled from the competition in a cataclysmic salary cap/drugs/human trafficking scandal.

Re: Report: Wests Tigers sign Moses Mbye from Bulldogs, announcement imminent

the undefeated with Lolohea in the team is funny.. Keep picking him Ivan I'm sure we will go the rest of the season undefeated.. Unless circumstances have changed Mbye is for 2019..so lucky we have Lolohea..the lucky charm.. Undefeated with Reynolds playing as well, 2/2. We were undefeated with Mol...

Re: How things change

The team is running eighth with a 7-5 record and no realistic claim to having been especially lucky or unlucky: there have been four close wins (less than a converted try), three close defeats, three comfortable wins and two comfortable defeats. On this basis I think it's perfectly possible to see ...

Re: Report: Wests Tigers sign Moses Mbye from Bulldogs, announcement imminent

Hmm I don’t know how to feel about this... to me his best position is a running 5/8, and I can only assume we’re getting him to play fullback. I see similarities to the signing of Lolohea, albeit Mbye has a bit more talent. Hopefully it works out, and I love that the dogs will be paying part of his...

Re: Hooker position

Liddle is the best option by far. He made a few mistakes (loose offload and a dropped ball) but the thing about him compared to all the other hookers like MM, Godinet, Taylor is that Liddle actually looks likely of creating something, as he plays direct and draws in the markers. Even today while he...

Re: Report: Wests Tigers sign Moses Mbye from Bulldogs, announcement imminent

I woukdn’t be surprised if there is an announcement on Mbye tonight. I reckon we’re just waiting to get today’s game out of the way. Or still negotiating over when he joins us. A win today may tip the scale for a mid-season arrival. The Bulldogs furom is still clinging to hope that he isn't going a...
