Re: Forget about damage to rugby league – what about damage to women?

That is the point I was making Hap. She may have withdrawn it as she wants him to keep his career so she can take his testicles through his wallet, or equally as likely she might actually be worried what he might do to her if she does leave. Without knowing what their relationship is like you can o...

Re: Forget about damage to rugby league – what about damage to women?

I think that is often the problem. She has an emotional connection so tries to 'protect' him from the consequences. I believe it happens time and again in abusive relationships. But by protecting him, she is accepting his behaviour. She is the one in need of protection. Probably also scared of chan...

Re: Politics Super Thread - keep it all in here

I would live next door to one happy. Not that it would happen as there would be an exclusion zone anyway. And watching your property value fall by half overnight wouldn't be an issue CB ?? Missed the thread, but are you talking Wind Farms? I know the South Australian plan to have free solar panels ...

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

We've got enough props. We need pace and more pace in the backline. There is no way we can go into 2019 with the lack of pace we have. There is no way a Luke Brooks and Benji Marshall/ Reynolds halves combination do anything next year without some forward dominance. Benji to Centre. I think that Be...

No surprise that she’d defend him, even if he did assault her. That’s how a lot of DV relationships are. It takes a lot for some women to leave. Have a niece who was / is in a relationship with an ex Vic copper ............trust me sometimes it is easier for them to stay in the relationship Truly s...

I imagine Blair and Anasta will get a few votes as well ,John Morris perhaps as well .....depends ........sometimes the signings are the coaches fault , not the players fault , when you try and fit a square peg in a round hole ..... All Sheenius Nick Graham can't believe I was excited when we beat ...

Yeah because it isn't as if they done it before :brick: When has benji played reserves at wt? He wasn't bitter at the donkey's when he played there. So where does this judgement come from? You have stated it as fact so obviously has happened before? Potter benched Benchy , at Brisbane he was a smal...

Re: Cricket Season Thread

Word is it will be a green top in Perth, so I am not sure that is a good thing or bad thing. Indian quicks were impressive especially Brumah (spelling probably wrong). He would be a real handful with the bounce he gets off a good length. Reminds me a little of Ambrose, easy run up and throws down t...
