Good result. While I’m not fond of the Roosters, the Sharks are pure vermin. Their supporters too.
Yep. Totally agree. Drug cheating yobbos coached by a rorting, bullying thug. Fans are typical of their No 1 fan Scummo. Go Panthers next week.

Re: Esan Marsters Pick For the NZ Squad

Good on him.

I know this won't go down well with my fellow WT fans but, I think he's just a bit ahead of himself...? a bit lazy at times, a bit casual in his attitude at times? I don't quite get the hype about him.

Would love to be proven wrong in 2019 and beyond.

Re: Round 24 SPOILERS**

OK the bunker has lost me now completely. The ref says no try The replay shows he advanced the ball slightly at the end to just get it over. Yet the bunker gives it the Green light. It was already on the line before that last little move The ref ruled "no try" because of a double movement, not beca...

Re: Where's Ivan?

I don't know Ivan Cleary, I've never met Ivan Cleary. What I really admire (still present tense but could change quickly) is that he seems smart, authentic and genuine. I think the players genuinely like him and respect him as their coach. The members and fans, overwhelmingly, do too. Despite the oc...

Re: Ivan Cleary

"Wests Tigers chairwoman Marina Go has declared she expects Ivan Cleary to see out his contract at the club despite interest from Penrith to reunited him with son Nathan at the Panthers." What "interest from Penrith" is this clown referring to? The only "interest" we know of is what is being invente...

When will the finger be pointed at Gould as the dud one? He's the problem, not the solution, IMO.

Re: Ivan Cleary admits he wants to bring his son Nathan to the Wests Tigers

Would love to see the interview / show this article comes from. Id be guessing it was an offhand comment, meaning little. As for "Brooks is seeking clarification" - Reporter - , "would you like to stay at the tigers beyond 2019." Brooks - "yeah" News report - Brooks calls for contract to be extende...

Re: The Liechardt Myth

It’s hard to disagree Needaname. The crowds that turn up to Brookvale and Shark Park have historically annoyed me because I’ve always felt like the fans that go there are not really rugby league fans... it’s just an event on their social calendar. Sadly I think Leichhardt is heading the same way. N...

Re: The Al Packer made 31 metres

Packer is not having the impact that he had in the first 6 rounds. He should not be captain. For a team that, of late anyway, gets jumpy and spooked by some adversity, he is not the guy to settle them and lead by example. Just watch that press conference today .... seriously?? Get rid of (C) next to...

Re: Campbelltown

I think the answer could be in the south-west, but it's not at Campbelltown. Perhaps a new, single home ground for the Tigers at Liverpool or somewhere in that area that is not quite as far from the inner-west as Campbo. It's a huge market in the south-west and abandoning it would be crazy. Despite...

Re: Campbelltown

What was the crowd figure ?? 10367....? something like that. There was no atmosphere at all. And, that was right from the kick-off. Not just the final pathetic 20 minutes of the game. It was a cold, miserable, uninspiring afternoon all up. I just don't know what the club has to do to get people to ...

Re: Throwing the season away

Seasons over not at the same level as teams above us. We might jag the odd win between now and seasons end but that's it. Pretty much true, I think. But.....we've improved a heap since the last couple of years. Maybe we overachieved in the first few rounds, built false hope for a higher finish. But...

Liddle is our best hooker by miles, and arguably one of the best in NSW :sign:
I agree totally. He is the bloke we need to build the future around. He'll represent at SOO and as a Test hooker.

A genuine hooker. No need for makeshift answers in Marshall or Reynolds or others.

Think the Huth can hold his head high....Couple of last ditch tackles in the first half were great. Think people just see his height and think he's a plodder, this fella has real ticker imo. Re: It Takes Longer then a year to Rebuild a Club

Penrith gave us the first real indicator of where we're at in 2018. Obvious signs of progress and probably exceeding expectations, so far. But, class will always prevail in the end and we just don't have enough of it in this 2018 squad to be a serious contender. That's not a criticism and i'm proud ...

Re: Benji

Love Benji. One bad game in a while is excusable. This just makes me sad. You can love him all you like, but he has been a big part in losing tight games against Parra and Newcastle, and showed no leadership at all with his ridiculous kicks and grab defence today. The return of the prodigal son emo...
