The boofhead who started all this crap, Gould, seems to be getting off scott free.

Go figure.
I'm not clear on that. News used to go apeshot for Gould-bashing, but they seem to have some sort of truce; maybe they are afraid of Gould's platform as both a club GM and TV personality.

Re: Ivan Cleary - THREAD..

Until either Panthers announce a long term coach (3 years +) or Nathan signs with Tigers or Ivan actually comes out and answers questions and confirms he is staying long term and not just reading off a prepared statement (sounding nervous also) I believe he is planing on leaving this BUS... These a...

Re: How will the Top 8 finish

Throw it out there now - if Broncos hadn't been awarded that rubbish penalty earlier in the year we'd be equal with them right now. If we had instead been given a rubbish penalty - we'd swap positions. I'm not one to point the finger at certain small outcomes, because there were other lost opportun...

Re: Thomas Mikaele/ Dylan Smith

All top prospects and with a full off season could be anything. I hope they aren't anything, I hope they are good! MWZ and Jordan Rankin fall under the category of "anything". That’s really harsh MWZ is no world beater but doesn’t deserve the Rankin Comparison. He hasn’t really let us down just doe...

Re: Balmain 80s/90s

Alan Jones was a total disaster, he had zero idea about league and wasnt prepared to listen. He kicked Freeman out of the club by playing him in reggies and bringing in a union half Brian Smith who couldnt organise to save his life but could kick the ball deep.He is the only coach i knew in my 50 ye...

Re: Colman slams Gould ( Sunday Mail )

If you listened to Goulds podcast where he explained how it went down and believe him, all he's done is deliver the message from the board to sack Griffin. I suppose it all comes down to whether you believe him or not because he said himself he had no involvement in the talk between Cleary and his ...

Re: Sue to dogs

Gee.... Pressures on Ivan re: recruitment.... I dunno, I seem to recall lots of fans clamouring for a clean-out of the "dead wood" and here we are still cutting out the borderline FG Tigers ... and then people start getting nervous about the replacements! Gone for 2019, since Rd 1 2017 Ballin Joel ...

Re: Elijah Taylor

Must be one of, if not the most penalised player in the NRL. Just let go when the refs are screaming held.. Maybe he's trying to slow down the play, which is fine but he always takes it that one step too far. Refs are onto him too imo, he always gets pulled up for that kind of thing, even in situat...

Re: Cleary vs Paul Crawley

Can't see why anybody could be having a go at Crawley for asking the question. It's his job. Cleary doesn't have to answer. However, I must admit, I wouldn't mind hearing his side of the story. I think people are less concerned that he asked the question and more concerned of him bailing up the coa...
