Re: To those who are blaming Cleary

I'm not blaming Cleary, I'm thankful for him. When it comes to signings he has no choice but to temper them with salary cap limitations. As others have mentioned, you can only sign who is available and Cleary himself has said some signings are not the players to take us to where we need to be, but ...

Re: What are your thoughts on signing Robbie Farah back?

They go to all those lengths to get rid of him, pay him hundreds of thousands to play elsewhere and then when he's finally off the books they re-sign him.

And people think we've got good management..

I hope him and Mybe turn things around for us.

I wonder out of 19k members how many are ticketed and how many at CSS, LO and ANZ individually.
Yep I’d love to see the breakdown. Apparently if you buy the 3 games for $x - that’s a membership. Not sure I agree
You could buy one game memberships last year or the year before that.

Re: 6pm board meeting

Beattie is probably still getting around meeting all the clubs boards.
Farah signing will be the only thing we hear from this meeting.

So I saw this thread had grown to 6 pages and thought - must be some news. So I’ve just wasted 15 minutes of my life learning that no one on this forum has a flying fig what the meeting was about😜
But our sense of humour is intact.

If Cleary wants Farah then it should be a very quick discussion.

Peter Beattie is attending tonight's board meeting. Could this issue be discussed there?
He seems to be around a bit for good news stories to the media.
You got my hopes up now.

Re: Wests Tigers - a history of mediocrity

Weve been given $58mill and no comment from the club? Pascoe would be shouting it from the roof tops!! I think Pascoe will wait until it's banked, as Russ has said. Id be getting it out there into the media to put pressure on whoever committed this $58mill to go through with it. I think a lazy jour...

Re: What are your thoughts on signing Robbie Farah back?

Why the delay in announcing that Farah is returning? Are their punch-ups in the board room? Isn't there a board meeting today? Yes and Farah is all but On the bus Good. Make him captain. As much as I don't want him back, I could actually see the benefit in making him captain. Cleary is unwilling to...

Re: Wests Tigers - a history of mediocrity

Are we on track to ' break even' because we have increased our income? Or it because we've cut back on spending?
If we are spending millions less than other clubs then that's not really something to boast about is it?

I just see loads of BS.
