Re: 2019 Coaching saga -Thread

We can’t have Madge ‘locked down’ CB as that implies he’s signed a contract. Cleary is legally our coach until 2020. Well, Manly just signed Hasler without Barrett leaving. What's the difference? Really? Barrett submitted his resignation letter. I say good on Manly. The bloke quits but wants a pay ...

Re: Benji Marshall re-watched all his 2018 games before deciding his future with Tigers

Benji was good to start the year. I think he was probably not expecting to play as much as he did with Grub basically becoming a permanent rehab resident all year. The wear and tear took a toll on him as the year rolled on. Farah, well despite how I felt about him going and coming back I can't igno...

Re: New jumper 2019?

Maybe someone with some good crayons can have a stab at a jersey similar to this years card?? https://i.imgur.com/K8kr2AM.png Fantastic Tell Pascoe I’m keen on spending another 150 dollars on a new jersey if that’s the design for next year. It will have pride and place alongside my Retro Balmain, 0...

Re: Tigers set to part ways with Cleary and seal Bennett deal

Bloody hell. If we can't attract a bloke who hasn't got a job then we're doing something horribly wrong.

Re: Tigers set to part ways with Cleary and seal Bennett deal

Article in today's Australian says that Justin Pascoe is overseas this week. I've no doubt that the bloke is entitled to holiday but surely not at a time when the club needs to sort out its coaching situation? Wasn't he lying on a beach somewhere when Addo Carr was hoping we'd offer him a new contr...

So Bennett has dropped off, suddenly Maguire is in the box seat.
I got a bad feeling about this .

Re: One Home Ground

The waratahs have booked a game in for April 27. It would be embarrassing for parra and the NRL If rugby opened the stadium.

Huge opportunity for us......

We'll smash them. It's a great story and I hope we expand the game internationally but I can see an embarrassing scoreline.

Re: Benji Marshall re-watched all his 2018 games before deciding his future with Tigers

The fact that Farah will be in the top 17 next year is what concerns me. He's not just a 'back up' as people are claiming. He's the best Cleary could come up with to try and plug a hole in our side, but he's not good enough. There were better hookers off contract. With Brooks,Reynolds,Gamble and My...

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

To all who assume Bennet = players from brisbane. I doubt this will happen, so the assumption above is unfair. Agree. Players will be more likely to follow Wayne but it’s a hard sell to get anyone from the Broncos. The same assumption could be made for Madge Korisoau contract is not done yet and Dy...

Re: Benji Marshall re-watched all his 2018 games before deciding his future with Tigers

We CLEARLY went better when Robbie got back. And without Benji we wouldn't have had a six for most of the year. To saying they are doing it for the numbers is just ludicrous, Both these blokes bleed for us how about a little respect back to them Well said! We can’t expect loyalty if we don’t give l...
