Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

Easts would be the team to beat in 2018 with the Puppet Master on board. I would give anything to have Cronk at WT. One of the best half backs of all time and a player you can build a side around. Makes Brooks look like amateur hour. Easts verses Storm in the 2018 Grand Final would be very interest...

Re: 2018 Draw (rd 1 to 25)

Might as well have a further 2 LO games in the bush as well. Thurs night, Sat night - are they trying to get small crowds or what? Out of interest what days/times should the games at Leichhardt be? I don’t mind Saturday games there. Thursday is tough anywhere really. Campbelltown has a similar time...

Re: Salary Cap

I never said he was guilty. Just stating the facts. Why, do you have problems with the facts? Well I don't - why put a guy in a list of guilty people who was found NOT guilty. It means he is no more guilty than you. Oh! never mind I give up... you just don't get it. Lol I get it Russ. Not fair to p...

Re: RL World Cup 2017 Thread...

Every forum has its resident kook who thinks they are funny stiring the pot on idiot agendas...nice to meet you. One day Timor Leste may have it's national rugby league team playing in the World Cup so too may the Australian natives have the same right. On a few occasions in my lifetime Aborigines ...

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

BMM - no thanks.

I remember a game at LO against the rorters and he was over the line to score and Minnie (for God sake) took the ball off him before he even looked like putting the ball down.

I think we'd be better off with "The Fridge"

Re: Salary Cap

So why do the Roosters keep getting so much money? Cocanne this, Kings cross that, bad player this.... Ok we have had our embarrassments, but were better then the Roosters. Geez thats a tough call Craig Field - Manslaughter John Hoppoata - the proctologist and thug Tim Simona - Charity thief Anthon...

Re: Paul Vautin axed from The Footy Show

Well he was hope for a lot of people. He was living proof that a no talent, egotistical, one eyed very ordinary footballer, sub standard coach (who was lucky enough to have a brilliant team), could hoodwink a network to keep him on for so long and as a bonus - get paid for it. The show was to my min...

Re: Salary Cap

Thanks Geo, that is the way I thought it worked. So basically clubs that have good contacts in the big end of town have a massive advantage and of course most one team towns. Once again it highlights how uneven the current system i So why do the Roosters keep getting so much money? Cocanne this, Ki...

Re: RL World Cup 2017 Thread...

Two very good reasons come to mind. 1. The World Cup is for teams from Countries not for people within a country. 2. The Aboriginals are covered in the World Cup because they are Australians. This system is working as it is promoting unity and not segregation. That's why they don't have a team in t...

How come the Aus Aborigines don't have their team as well? Two very good reasons come to mind. 1. The World Cup is for teams from Countries not for people within a country. 2. TIGER TIGER TIGER sometimes people say stupid things and you have I suppose you think Thurston is crap too for the same reason well I compared Benji at the Tigers to Thurston at the Cowboys and guess what Thurston misses more tackles per game, makes more errors and gives away more then twice as man...

Re: Wests Tigers confirm 2018 home game allocation

Good to see Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra, Newcastle and the Cowboys taking the game to their regional areas. Maybe they just haven't announced those games yet. Couldn't imagine that they wouldn't want to pull their weight and promote the NRL in country areas. Funny how they are all one area teams. ...

Re: Salary Cap

I've never agreed on the argument about the unfair scenario for teams like Brisbane vs Sydney Teams etc. That scenario is one based on choice. The choice to keep so many teams in Sydney, the choice to not base a 2nd Team out of Brisbane, choices I feel the NRL must address if it wants to a stronger...
