Re: Serbian rugby league player moons opposition team

We should get a couple of them on a development contract. I remember Sheens signing a couple of russians and the articles about how it was an untapped well. Back in the late 90's-early 2000's that Russian prop Ian Rubin was a pretty good player, would of played easily over 100 games IIRC. They woul...

Re: NRL 2018 best finishes

Watched the last 10 mins of the replay of WT v Knights a few days ago. We copped some shocking calls that cost us the game. The SKD botched PTB that should have seen him penalised but instead we got penalised, the 1-2 metre forward pass that was thrown for the Sio try with about 5 mins to go. And th...

Re: NRL changes rules to restrict back-ended contracts

So now that it's happened to the Bulldogs, something has to be done. Well done Toddy, as useful as sweatholes on a franger. :roll Toddy wouldn't know......he uses a diaphragm. The NRL are basically clueless in every facet of running the game yet muppets like Greenburg still keep their jobs. Wonder ...

Theres a serb at work but I dont think I'll show him this...he has not much of a sense of humour Years ago i worked with a Bosnian bloke, an absolute beast of a fella, he hopped on the industrial scales we had and he was 160kg! Used to lift these 100kg rolls of plastic film like they were nothing. ...

Re: Liddle to Bulldogs? - SMH article

Well we're talking about 2020 for Cook. Let's see what pack Maguire ends up with for 2019. And what pack he ends up with in 2020 before we start jumping up and down... Madge won't be here in 2020 , he will coaching his son Josh at the Cowboys Paul Green will be coach are there any coaches that are ...

Re: Liddle to Bulldogs? - SMH article

Cameron King is clubless. Sign him. Liddle reminds me of Tim Moltzen or Jeep as I called him - always broke down. Remember people, don’t buy a Jeep. Trumpy King is awful and will always be awful. Have always thought him being Brandy Alexander's nephew has carried more weight than his actual playing...

Have seen a few people say he wants more money than the Storm want to spend. I am sure they will find a way to make him happy.

Aw! Sad to hear. Many times have people said to me that I speak comic book English. Well as a 12 yo migrant kid in the early sixties, with no English, it was the wold of Marvel comics that gave me my education in English language. Used to search the Neighborhood for soft drink bottles, cash them in...

Re: Zane Musgrove

Musgrave would be fine if the the two ahead of him play like starting props. I hope Maguire gets Packer and Matulino playing like the enforcers they were meant to be instead of the cameo appearances they delivered this year. You’re a hard task master, Packer & Matulino stood up this year in their f...

Re: WTs 2019 Front Rowers

A lot of people have Mikaele as a walk-up start in their 17. Can't recall seeing him standing out much in the ISP games that were televised this season. Hopefully others who regularly watched ISP have seen him show a bit more promise.

Anyone know if Fonua-Blake has moved on from Manly - may be with Hasler now less players are likely to want out. Fonua-Blake is what we need, not Napa. We dont need Fonua-Blake, or Aauva, or Lui We definitely don't want Aauva, wife-bashing piece of trash he is (although the Roosters are happy to ha...

Sheesh, hope he doesn't have that bet going with Maguire during his coaching reign at WT- the poor bastard will be down to just forearms in a few seasons.......

I tell you what...I bet there will be some singing and chanting when we play the Panthers next year.
When Ivan slinks out onto the ground a huge singalong of Denis Leary's "I'm an asshole" would be splendid.

I can't see Ronnie staying after Ivanka's departure!
Ronnie seems like a good old-fashioned bloke, he is probably as disgusted with Ivan's cowardly rodent behaviour as the rest of us. Hope he stays but not the end of the world if he doesn't. Maybe Madge might poach Farah's brother from Souths?

I did read that all the training and fitness staff were staying next season as a request from the club regardless of coach ...whether that includes the old fella is anyone’s guess at the moment. Well I guess if the rest of Ronnie's body is at WT next season then his old fella will hang around as we...

Here is a fact, Balmain is close to extinct. West’s is our primary share holder and the colours that represent them are black and white. The tiger is the mascot the moniker, the colour of the tiger is black and orange. How many blue, red and white roosters or cardinal and green rabbits or maroon an...
