Much appreciated!

Re: Bye, Bye, Benji

For me personally when i think of Benji it's a sense of disapointment. When he arrived and throughout his time with us he could have become anything, i'd go so far as to say in 2010, 2011 he was in contention as being the world's best back. But he squandered it all by begining to focus on his media...

Look back over Monday night football and the teams named the next day. Hopefully we see some changes before Saturday.

Re: Judgement time for Mr Potter..

Just heard Potter on MMM and he said Sironen is carrying an injury and they have to limit his minutes. So that explains the move. Siro is better in the backrow anyway, he was good off the bench. Anasta was truly awful though. Ayshford should be dropped now. He is just not interested and hasn't been...

Just got this is my inbox... Club Statement July 26, 2013 Wests Tigers have today announced the appointment of Grant Mayer as the Club’s new Chief Executive Officer. The Board last night endorsed the appointment after reflecting on the high level of dedicated service provided by Mayer as Chief Opera...

What an amazing win. 5000 sounded like 20000. Awesome crowd, awesome effort on the field.

Re: Cheap tickets

Ultimate Gold membership went up $60 this year. Now they are flogging cheap tickets to casual supporters. I understand that they are trying to fill a stadium that they never thought they'd have a problem filling when memberships went on sale, but those who didn't buy memberships are now being reward...

Re: Benji playing 7

They put him in 6 because the moment he gets picked wearing the 7 jersey, everyone complains. More than half of the people who complain don't realise that he's playing halfback as long as he has 6 on his back. Regardless, he should be playing five-eighth. Watch any highlight package of his career, h...

Re: jesse Sue

He gave away 4 penalties by my count. That is too may for two games. Played well but the penalties could have been the difference against a side that can hold the ball.

Re: Am I the only one?

I hope we stick with him. He hasn't been the same since he hasn't had a halfback. I'd love to see Brooks at 7 and Marshall at 6. I'd love to see them actually play those positions and not play Marshall at halfback in the 6 jersey so that 90% of fans won't notice and won't complain.

Re: Wests Campbelltown Leagues Club pulls out of WT

My first reaction was of betrayal and disgust. It seems now that this may not be the case. I'm looking forward to Wests Campbelltown or Wests Tigers releasing a statement clarifying the situation. Anything would be better than the Doomsday crap that the Tele and Herald are coming out with.

Re: Tallis on the footy show

I dream of a world where we can hate a player without people complaining that its purely because of the jumper they wear. So its just a coincidence that people from New South Wales thought there was nothing wrong with what Gallen did, and people north of the border thought it was a dog act? Lol rig...

Re: Tallis on the footy show

On Triple M, he explained that the difference between his fight with Ross and Gallen's with Myles was that he had a problem with Ross and dealt with it immediately. You don't have to agree with him, I'm just providing his reasoning. He was then questioned about Tate punching Bird (in 2012) who was ...

Re: Double movement Tries

You're not talking about changing the definition of double-movement, you're talking about changing the definition of a tackle. The tackle was complete, he cannot promote it. I do agree with you on players that are held up being called held sooner. I've seen tries where a player has been given an ete...

Re: Fifita Hurts

My understanding was that Sheens didn't like Fifita's training and attitude. I've heard that from a few sources. If the two didn't get along, it was never going to work and it also explains why he excels somewhere else with a less authoriatarian coach. To say that Sheens was wrong because of how he ...

Re: SOO - the punch up

How many weeks did Watmough and Tilse get the other week? Why weren't they sent to the bin? Why? Because the referees showed some common sense, as they did in Origin. Don't give me this Origin has special rules BS when it happened at NRL level only 2 weeks ago. Why didn't Queenslanders cry foul when...
