Re: Farah, Marshall reunion not just a feel-good story

For next year, I wonder if they could still train with the club, but we only bring them onto the books if injuries require? i.e. Skando.

Re: Class is class

Happy with him as a cut price hooker next year if Jacob still needs time.

Any club would be lucky to have someone like that on 100k.

Re: NC worth a Million

I think people also are losing sight of how much the cap has gone up in recent times. $1 million doesn't mean the same as $1 million when DCE signed or Taumalolo. It's a smaller percentage of the cap. A Cleary/Brooks/Mbye/Liddle combo will be pretty damn good. If we've forward loaded some contracts,...

Doubt that's true. Liddle is our long term option. I'm sure they would only look at him as a backup if he's cheap enough.

Re: Aaron Woods - Signs with Bulldogs 2018 - Sharks 2018 [Official]..

Isaac Moses strikes again!! Seriously, as a player, you wouldn't go near him with a 40ft pole. He obviously didn't do his due diligence with the bulldogs. Teddy had to pretty much get his foot in the door with the roosters because polities wouldn't deal with Isaac. Man it would hilarious if it now c...

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

Yeah, if liddle is up to playing 80 regularly by the end of the season, I don't think farah will be extended. A great way to play it would be to ask Robbie to keep himself fit and ready for a retirement call-up if Jacob goes down during the year. It's not fair on either of them to play state cup nex...

If it helps makes him a better person in the long run, then its a good thing. Many ex addicts and alchos work in that area in counselling...good luck to him. True. It's a balancing act though. If people see the outcome after the crime is too soft and there is a easy pathway to retribution, people w...

My mistake, 57 mil may have been the total cost of stage 1 of the COE, but the government was going to give us more than the original 5 million for the latter stages too. Total cost of the project was like 120 mil??
Yeah, I haven't seen anything like that. Got any articles?

Re: Wests Tigers Centre of Excellence

Looks like this thing is finally gunna happen...differing $$$ amounts though make me wonder Some money from Council, some money from State/elsewhere? Yeah was something like $58 mil from NSW gov, possibly up to 100 mil if other conditions are met, now $30 mil from local council and something like $...

Re: What are your thoughts on signing Robbie Farah back?

South's still have to agree on the money. I still think it has a high probability of falling over. Souths have him on a decent wage and I can't imagine we'll be willing to pay overs for a season where we're at long odds to make the 8.

Wow!! Great news.

I wonder how much of this will go towards oval refurb and how much towards the COE.

Really makes the state govt contribution look weak!!

Well done Canada Bay council

Re: What are your thoughts on signing Robbie Farah back?

Strange by Souths to release Farah considering Cook is playing origin. Their problem I guess. Someone on the Souths LU forum is suggesting Godinet is moving to Souths as Farah's replacement. SWould be great if true but hard to believe. Interesting... It might have been why we also saw Matty m get a...

I have no idea about Xmas lights. I know Tingara Heights use to put on a. Big show but not lately... Yeah Swansea area is so far out. Good for a swim and a feed but very isolated. Yeah, I'm sure there was a street at Macquarie Hills that was spectacular. Almost every house was on board. But i'm tal...

Grew up in eleebana and later tronna... Family are still there but I'm in Sydney these days. Would love nothing more than to find a good job back there to move home. So much better than Sydney.
