Re: The Contenders: Second Row

9. ET
11 McQueen
12. Lawrence
13. Hooth

Bench: Aloiai

depending on injuries, I think we could move on Sue/Grant before mid year and saved some coin for a game breaker or N Cleary.

He'll probably have one more fight soon, then hopefully get a crack at Gallen in NRL Fight for Life.
If he gets a crack at Gallen he'll have 90% of league fans supporting him.
In sinners and saints this week, it mentions that the club has asked him to stop boxing.

Re: Official - Josh Reynolds Signs Megathread

My mate watched Reynolds get ATL'd from the casino early Sunday morning acting like a grub and total wanker I wish we didn't buy this wanker .. "good for culture" Actually saw Matt Mc & Alex Twal at the casino a couple of weeks ago behaving perfectly normal. Maybe our culture will rub off on Josh.....

Re: Wests Tigers Centre of Excellence

Did they have to agree to a west connex smoke stack running through the middle? Concord is a very short sighted decision Quite the opposite. It's actually a major urban development corridor. Makes sense to have a new community hub like this right in the middle of it. https://www.google.com.au/amp/s...

It's a great result. Will give the other partners confidence that it's been through an intensive review by the state government and they've got the thumbs up.

Did manly get nothing?

Re: Funding for Centre of Excellence

It's seriously crazy if this doesn't get up. It's a community focused centre along a major urban redevelopment corridor (westconnex - parra rd). Are they going to leave concord standing and build brand new units all around it?

Could be a major focus of the urban growth master plan.

Re: What Car do you Drive..?

My old man actually had a car dealership, so couldn't venture outside a Ford Laser/Falcon/Fairlane for a while there... Until he sold the biz to Uncle Nick.

Have an Audi Q7 these days, due to a few kids. Absolutely love it.

It will be where injury or bargain dictates I dare say. Or, if we're not in the finals hunt, they might pick up a minimum wage player and pocket the rest for next year.

Cleary has recruited on attitude - and I like it. Breath of fresh air. No media standard one-liners, just realistic positive comments.

Why can't service stations also refuse to serve SSM people - if that means that half way across the Nullabor gays die in the desert for lack of juice then bad luck. Stuff Presilla! There are some really wild scenarios getting thrown about! For me, it's simply asking people to be directly involved i...

Re: Same sex marriage debate...

I'll tell you what, Turnbull going over the top with his self-congratulatory response has been really hard to watch. He spent way too much money on something he should have had the guts to just pass in the first place. Shorten similarly taking advantage of the situation and made sure he and Tanya P ...

Pretty fair to say that many in the electorate would have voted differently had they known he was a dual citizen. Well, we'll soon know. lol. So, he got a POSITIVE swing of +12%!! Throws your argument well out the window... Just goes to show that this whole thing is just a stupid farce and a waste ...

Well Shorten has been a real dill with this citizenship fiasco. Coming out swinging while either hiding the truth about his colleagues or just incorrect about how strong labors vetting process was. Dishonest or incompetent - take your pick. The Australian public just think this thing is ridiculous a...

He's a place filler for minimum cost. We're not going to win this year, so we save the cash, open up his spot next year and go hard for someone decent.

Worst thing we could do is spend 300-400k on someone who isn't going to increase our spot on the ladder one bit. Save the cap for another year.

Re: Same sex marriage debate...

We're talking about religious crossover here with marriage here by the way. Do you guys even realise what you are asking of certain people? To go against their god? It's the same reason why Muslim women are so adamant to not remove their burqa. They don't want to hate gay people or be discriminator...
