Re: Wests Tigers strengthen position in Macarthur region..

Meh who cares? The whole things a dogs breakfast these days...mass confusion is the NRL pathways system... Pretty much most NRL clubs reggie side is a totally different club altogether....I wonder if anyone knows them all off by heart/without research? Agree. It's just a name and ultimately affilia...

Re: Wests Tigers strengthen position in Macarthur region..

I was thinking what would the current mayor think of this - but it looks like the perpetual whinger Paul Lake has been replaced with someone who seems far more reasonable. Here's a quote from the new mayor (George Brticevic) when the Tigers reduced games from 4 to 3. “Council acknowledges the work t...

Re: Anxious Reynolds wants to repay Tigers..

I'm one who thinks he isn't worth the money especially on a 4 year deal. I hope I'm wrong. When you run close to the bottom of the comp for a few years and be club emerged in drama, that is the sort of money you have to pay to attract any player who is rated above average. I also think four years i...

Re: Rank the Coaches

It's going to be interesting when Bellamy doesn't have the big three around anymore. I still think he's a great coach, but it's will show how much his success was driven by those guys.

900K hey..well if it's in the paper it must be true...
Especially considering the managers who feed the papers the info have a strong motive to over-quote.

Re: Mitchell Pearce

The club has publically said that they still have a fair bit of cap space but are 'keeping their powder dry'. They're playing it exactly right. We have a team that can compete now. We should only spend it if a long term signing comes on the market at a good price, otherwise forward pay, free up even...

Re: Mitchell Pearce

There's a good chunk that they apparently front loaded from the year before last year and they've funnelled it through this one. The same thing we should be doing if we don't get any good players coming onto the market.

Re: Cronk - Roosters Official..

It's a pity that the NRL won't allow Harry to pay some TPA's. You think that HT could squeeze his sub contractors for some TPA's. Is that just guesswork or do you know he's been restricted? The board and management moved him to arms-length from the club so that he could contribute through TPAs. No,...

Re: Why Roosters?

As frustrating as it is coming to terms with the strength of their roster, if what they are doing is accepted by the NRL as meeting the constraints of the salary cap, then instead of bleating about it we really need to start moving toward adopting a similar structure. I suspect the Sharks are headi...

It's not the first time he's done this either... Old teddy has a bit of a habit of touching other blokes girls. Do tell. I wish I could say, but I can't mate. You'll just have to trust me - he's done this in public on at least more than one occasion. I certainly believe Wakeman here from what I've ...

Pretty fair to say that many in the electorate would have voted differently had they known he was a dual citizen.

But if it was dual citizenship of a wartime enemy it could be a different story.
Definitely.
