Re: Open training session

Just interested whether anyone attended the session today and whether there was anything worth sharing?? Yeah, I went down and had a look, I had my 4 year old daughter with me and she was a little excited so I may need help with some of the details. I was surprised when I arrived as they were actua...

I for one would love to see RTS in our colours. Hope we can make it happen.
Make that two, that is despite thinking Lolo will go great guns this year and who only turned twenty three today, as did Brooks last month, so plenty of years ahead of them.

Yeah, some mud has stuck from my end, but he is being remembered as an Immortal in the news and I have not heard anything of the allegations in the last couple of days, so little stain in general from the media/public perspective. Don't remember much of him on the field, other than the white boots ...

Twal is still a pup and has a lot of development to still achieve....these guys dont crack firsts possessing all the skills Agree, Twal is a fine prospect but he is still young and has a lot to learn. Apparently he is quite capable of offloading and I am sure Cleary is aware of this. Probably wants...

Re: Pies : Where do you buy your favourite and what is it

had a Four&Twenty at the cricket yesterday. cost about $8.50 . actually wasn't too bad for a mass produced pie. I think it was one of their premium pies. I knew I was getting ripped off but had to go there. It was my first pie for 2018. 4 for 6 at Coles TD. That is some rip off - should be put in t...

Re: The best and worst defensive centres in the NRL

Nrl.com made some stats and a list regarding which centres leak the most amount of tries a game. No problem whatsoever with her/them not announcing it to the general public nor any individual prior to the danger period of some three months passing, nor with her leading the country whilst pregnant.

Stock market could only rise really , it was low for a long time , tax cuts will do that short term as it will also help manufacturing I suppose when you are trying to pick wars with every country known to Man , you'll need to up the armed forces , thus the increase in employment and again you drop...

Good to see some substance to go with the emojis in the posts from Col of late, so the advent of Trump has had one positive.

Even if most of them are lacking content and accuracy, at least he is putting the effort in.

All this talk of locks playing like an extra prop in the middle makes me yearn for the attacking and cover defending locks like the great Johnny Raper and Kevin Smythe at the Magpies. Well, I've never denied being a dinosaur!
Neil Pringle was my favourite player as a youngster.

I would like to see Brooks step up and demand to be captain of his team. Sorry Fibros but no way. I have never bagged Brooks on this forum but judging from interviews etc he simply doesn’t have the smarts to be captain Watching Brooks in his video profile, he seems to have a lisp which would stop h...

Re: Reynolds: "Nobody thinks they're better than anyone here"

Why? I thought the podcast was really positive- and honest and raw which makes a change from ‘I just did it for the boys’ ‘were just playing one game at a time’ ‘it is what it is’..... Agree. I thought Reynolds really dug deep and aimed up which is difficult to do simultaneously. So sick of cliches ...

With the fantastical picture that Fox continues to provide, it is a wonder that it was not included in the sale to Disney, as make believe has always been their theme. On the home front, nothing better than catching up with Rowan and Ross, or a few pearls from Andrew Bolt and Abbott's right hand wom...

Re: Pre Season Casualty Report

If you play ET as a fill in at hooker you remove one of his strengths as a player(offloads). I am not sure that his service from DH is worth it to lose one of his strengths even if it is just in rotation. I think it is well and truly offset if you are gaining, for example, an explosive running Aloi...
