Remember Brett Stewart?
Copped it from all and sundry before being acquitted - yep. Also intentionally knocked a ball over our fullbacks head to go on and score and it was awarded - typical.

Re: Forget about damage to rugby league – what about damage to women?

Absolutely, these low lifes are everywhere. It's a shame the game cops it, but unless severe punishments are handed down, nothing will change. Here's a thought, bugger the second chance. You get found out for beating, biting, glassing, harassing or in any way, shape or form abusing man woman or chil...

Re: Zane Musgrove

Zane Mustgo

Process to follow, but things don't look good. I can't believe that our club signed this bloke with baggage if in fact this is the case. You'd think that no stone would be left un-turned prior to signings these days.

Just once, I'd love an off season without drama

A couple of years ago the headline in the tele would have been "rumoured Weststigers signing charged with DV" not Manly NRL star charged with DV.

Anyway as others have said glad nothing came of the rumour
Boom! I think you got it.

Re: The Suncorp Round meet up ??

I'll be there with my two sons in tow. So no Caxton for me, but will definitely be at the game. Never been to Suncorp. :sign: Amazing viewing ground , not sure how old the boys are , but if you can get the top tier in the stand closest to the brewery (think it is still called the Ron McAuliffe ) yo...

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

I don’t think we will sign anyone and leave the roster spot open for next season with the possibility some players are moved on over the course of the season. Salary cap audits go into next year someone will be in strife. There is not a lot of quality out there much better than who we have atm. Wel...

Oh yeah, they'd be going off their nut. We'll probably be implicated in it somehow though  You can imagine the headlines.

Re: First profit for the club

Gus’s decision to sack Ivan Cleary and the decision to re-hire him has cost the Panthers millions. I’m surprised there’s not more backlash about it Gus must have friends in high places in the media... I remember us getting hammered in the media... Wrongly as well... based on nothing more than specu...

Poor Woodsy can't catch a break can he. The guy is cursed. If flanagan gets sacked, the new coach will be his 6th since the start of 2017. No stability.
Woodsy....Woodsy.....oh yeah! Forgot about her. Lol Sharon.

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

https://www.facebook.com/163613844163223/posts/480425639148707/ Sounds made up. Johnston getting shopped + Maguire being an ex coach of his = rumour. We don't need Johnston, we need a centre. He doesn't need us either. He wants to go somewhere where he has some prospect of getting the #1 jersey and...

Re: Moses Mbye’s first question

I don't like that he doesn't have a preferred position, im sick of hearing the old 'I'm just happy to be in the 17, i don't care where I play, I'll play wherever the coach wants me' I want to hear Mbye say, ' i really want that no 1 jersey and I'll be showing the coach why he should hand it to me, ...

Born in Bulli, Mum emigrated from Holland as a kid, dads grand father was from Italy. He went to Bega and we still have plenty of family around there.

From where did these opinions of Mbye not always having a go come from? He was great at the dogs as fb. Went really well for us at fb as the new bloke. I've never noticed him dogging it.

Re: ‘I would like to see more teams’: Greenberg reveals expansion is a focus

My God I get sick of the whole expansion thing. Our frustration as fans is the fact that there just isn't enough good quality players yet we think expansion is viable? Well, I guess it is if you want to see the overall level of performance drop significantly. Greenberg does nothing for me. Just anot...

Re: Liddle to Bulldogs? - SMH article

We have this habit of nurturing players long term then realising that we were wrong all along. Probably heading down the same path. Cook would be an amazing get. At 4 mill, seems like good value to me.
