Re: Future looks bright for resilient Tigers

This team looks to be building nicely. What Cleary has done with the defence has impressed me most.

Re: Roosters Squad..

So pleased for Roosters they can afford to add Tedesco to that lineup. Honestly looking at it, how are they affording this roster? Lucky Watson was on 4 million Agree, a joke re; the Salary Cap. has a bit of Animal Farm (George Orwell) to it. All Teams are equal, but some Teams are more equal than ...

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

Which rookie forward who made his NRL debut this year is asking for $220,000 to re-sign? The problem is he’s a fringe first grader with minimal interest from other clubs. To say he’s delusional would be putting it nicely. Eisenhuth maybe if its one of our guys, he's the only possibility i can think...

Re: I cryed with 3 mins to go for the tigers to win

Evert time I stand at the South Western End of the Hill we win at LO. I was almost in the exact same spot when we bet the Cowboys. Only problem when everyone jumps to their feet it's hard to see. Before the Manly game it was four months ago that we had played a game at LO. There was so much passion ...

Re: Player fire sale just weeks away

Aren't the NRL suppose to sign off on any new contacts? If so, how did they sign Foran and Woods if they were over the cap? Was it just a case of taking them to a nice Chinese meal and ordering a king lobster. I'd like the Fire Sale to held in a cattle yard. And the Bulldogs players ( along with any...

Re: The Bus is FULL

Can't forget that it's a top 30 next year on full time contracts. That's literally a first 17 plus the run-on side for reserve grade. Looking at our squad from that perspective, we've still got gaps to fill. Using Milky's thread as a bit of a guide plus a few hopeful signings of my own (marked with...

Re: Who is your Wests Tigers Rookie of the Year?

There are six good rookies there. Hard to pick. In the end I've gone Marsters just because I like his style. Seems dynamic. Suli did very well after being picked without any experience in non age restricted comps. He went from a handful of under 20s to NRL.
Both middle forwards did well to.

Re: WT Player Retention/Recruitment/Loss List

I reckon there is probably 3 spots left available in our starting 17 and probably another 5 in our squad to still be filled. 1. Tui Lolohea 2. Mahe Fonau 3. Taane Milne 4. Moses Suli 5. David Nofolomau 6.Josh Reynolds 7.Luke Brooks 8.Russell Packer 9.Jacob Liddle 10.Ben Matulino 11.Chris McQueen 12...

Re: I cryed with 3 mins to go for the tigers to win

I couldn't just go home after the game (although I should have).. needed to yell and scream after the game. got home a couple of hours ago. The pubs in Balmain were going off. So many Tigers jerseys and emotional slaps on the backs to complete strangers.

I wasn't in the best position to judge looking into the sun and drinking cans on the hill. However... 3. Lolohea 2. Marsters 1. Nofo. Were the ones doing most damage to Manly from my angle.. might change my opinion after I see the replay.(.over and over again) this is one for the ages. P.s. Just got...
