Re: Rank the Players /Positions /Teams

Fitzy was NOT Crap..in '05...the End..If anything Richards was ordinary for the 1st half of the season as were most of the rest ..then BOOOOOM...

Probably goes to show how ranking teams doesn't mean much ..

Re: Tigers interested in RTS

Cleary being 80% chance to come here and even having a chance of getting both him and RTS is hyperbole. I honestly just want to see us develop our squad over time. If we get a marquee signing great but if we do I'd like to see that signing as a proven game winner like Morgan for instance or in a po...

Re: Fonua to lean on experience in NRL return

Competition is good...no one should be guaranteed a spot but in reality the bulk of the 17 will be...Fonua should be pushing for that..

I like the fact that all bar 1 player in our Squad has played NRL football...

Re: Team-first attitude driving Packer

Does it really matter how much we paid for our front row? Does it really matter how much we paid for anyone? If our club / coaching staff are happy with the squad put together and we manage to be competitive what's it matter what some individuals are costing. It's a team sport after all and we've m...

Re: Pies : Where do you buy your favourite and what is it

Stopped into Golden Beach Bake House this morning and can comfortably say it was the worst pie ever. No salt & a lack of butter in the Pastry, followed with some crappy jelly filling with 1.5 chunks of steak, and again not seasoned. Took 2 bites and threw it in the bin. I noticed this business was ...

Re: Official - Josh Reynolds Signs Megathread

In NZ when brooksie was coming through we were hearing that he was the next andrew johns. I suppose anything can happen but looks like that calls gonna fall short of the mark. Was there any credibility around this when he was 16-17 though? If so what happened? Only that he had a large arse for a ki...

Re: The best and worst defensive centres in the NRL

I don't think this is a correct reflection. Defensive issues Imo start closer to the ruck. One on one misses are probably a better stat for wingers and centres. Easier to isolate a winger and centre if the rest of line isn't doing their job. This... x2 While not dismissing that Centres can make poo...

Re: Politics Super Thread - keep it all in here

Alright, I've had just about enough of the meaningless dribble in this thread. As the title says, it's politics - Discuss politics and discuss it rationally (a hard concept for some on here) or this thread closes. Not sure if this is classed as meaningless dribble , but what has happened in NZ with...
