Re: Where's our next 7

I think he will have a great year next year. Talk about bias blaming a bloke for recieving a forward pass jesus Well written....

What specifically does Brooks have to do to make everyone happy with his performances. Is it as simple as having a better kicking game ?

6 TRIES 15 Try assists 7 line breaks 56 tackles 0 missed and that's just the 1st half..
Very ugly stats and that defence has gone backwards. :D

So the whole ARU are trying to stop Rona from switching back to Rugby League by giving him a Wallabies jumper..to keep him...yeah OK..
After that debacle last night, Rona should be sprinting for the bus.

I don't think two 32 year olds looking for a retirement pay packet is the answer.

Re: Politics Super Thread - keep it all in here

Read old Nick has a peculiar case of citizenship Xenophony blues. With his taxpayer funded job and perks on the line, it is "appropriate" (according to him) that he remain in Parliament exercising his vote on behalf of Australians. Remember Snout = trough = length of snout. But who knows, it's all G...

Re: Politics Super Thread - keep it all in here

You don't think it's important that people with citizenship, and therefore possible allegiances to other nations, should not be able to stand for election? Agree in principal, but when you're Australian born and bred, and unknowlingly a citizen of a foreign country only because your parent or grand...

Re: Politics Super Thread - keep it all in here

Xenophon better not vote on the media legislation. How many important pieces of legislation has he voted on where he had no right to do so? Also, the jobs lost at Williamtown in Melbourne and Forgacs in Newcastle because Pyne, Xenophon and his other SA cronies wanted the new frigates and offshore pa...

Is he actually a citizen, or just checking due to his father?

I am sure if it comes out he'd walk, he seems to be one of the few that has integrity.
He's with Joyce, Nash and Canavan. The two Greens demonstrated integrity and they should be brought back!

Re: Politics Super Thread - keep it all in here

It seems everything is now okay for Nick,

Xenophon thought he might be the product of a second immaculate conception - like Jesus, "god" was lso his father.

Re: Player fire sale just weeks away

The bargains available in the fire sale won't be in any marquee players being offloaded and subsidised. It will be the new talent coming through that clubs can't afford to fit in their cap. Like the eisenhooths and the twals. Seems like Ivan's already onto that. That is how it should be. We need to...

Re: Politics Super Thread - keep it all in here

If we are going to waste money on a plebiscite on whether we can stop two people getting married ot not( not that it's anyone's business except the two people concerned) can we have one on the Burka as well, seeing as our opinion is now valuable to our jelly legged Pollies. (Including the ones who ...

Re: Politics Super Thread - keep it all in here

This is all a distraction from the fact we have a Government in crisis with the Crocodile of Dunedin sitting in the lower house and three of his cohorts from the Dual Nationals in trouble in the Upper House. Where is the GG when you need him?
