Re: MOYLAN MAYBE RELEASED ..

Both Penrith and Manly forums are pretty confident Moylan Has signed and Green is off to the Warriors. That seems a pretty silly move for Manly IMO. Their fwds are their (relative) weakness, particularly the edges. Green has been a great fit for them too - suits both DCE and Tommy T. Still, it mean...

Pretty embarrassing really, having to beg for support before hosting a prelim final.

He's Rochow's brother in law (married Robbie's sister).
Can't imagine we'd be interested - he's 32 and past it IMO.

Re: Sam mckendry

We should only sign new players for 1 year contracts now unless their a junior we want to develop. We have changed well over half our team. I don't know which players will prove themselves and which will flop. Will we be weak in the Lock, centers, Forwards, on the wing, will our 5/8 and half gell? ...

He's not what Manly need tbh - their spine is already very good.

Re: RLPA Awards - 2017

Some very odd names in that team of the year.
From memory the voting process involves each player nominating 3 opposition players on a 3-2-1 basis after each game.

Re: HAPPY THAT OUR COACH IS IVAN CLEARY

Just on another note, people say they don't want the game decided on penalties like in rugby, so are you happy to see teams continue to infringe because its the percentage play1 and at worst they concede two points. I say time to start using the bin again for repeat offenders I'm all for this. It s...

Re: HAPPY THAT OUR COACH IS IVAN CLEARY

Sharks didnt lose because of the refs bad calls, they got a few wrong calls go their way too yesterday IMO. Didn't see Brad Arthur's press conference but he was entitled to be pretty filthy, they got done over by the refs on 4 or 5 bad calls. A 5-1 penalty count in the 2nd half to Melbourne sure go...

Re: Finals series 2017 *Spoilers

Once again the Storm, in particular Cam, were allowed to slow down the ruck without being penalised. Looks like they are on their way to another premiership with a team of 19! Melbourne and Parra are just as bad as each other in that regard - two of the worst teams in the comp for it. Really ruins ...

Re: Benji Marshall - Official..

It was textbook Benji, nothing has changed. Some iffy moments, some brilliance, and then muffed the game when it was on the line. That kick that led to Oates try was a pearler - good chance they score from getting the ball back there, even if Ferguson doesn't spontaneously combust. Sadly he had the ...

Re: Finals series 2017

LOL all of those Sydney grounds are the dunghills. Get out and broaden your horizons. Point being the capacity of these suburban grounds is virtually the same as Melbourne and Townsville, why not have the home ground advantage for all teams that have earnt it? Unfair advantage for a chosen few. AAM...

Re: MOYLAN MAYBE RELEASED TODAY

One question I would ask at this time - if we signed Moylan next year and he injured his hamstring, would we all be cool if he was negligent in his recovery and started arguing with the coach? Because that's reported to be the underpinning of the current Moylan-Panthers crisis. Maybe a change of sc...

Re: We Need A Centre

Ive noted next year that we lack a well established experianced centre, even though Marsters has been doing a great job he is a fill in and should be our 13 next year IMO. Suli is still raw and should have one spot so that leaves Milnne who is a fringe 1st grader at this stage & Fresh Prince who re...

Re: MOYLAN MAYBE RELEASED TODAY

There is clearly a lot of 2+2=5 in that article - Kent isn't nearly as much of an insider as he thinks. I don't have an issue if Cleary goes for him, given that he'd presumably know him as well as anyone. Might just be a bad situation for him over there, and him being in need of a change of scenery....

Matulino. At his best, he's one of the very best props in the competition - hopefully we can see him in that sort of form.

Re: Eisenhuth commits till 2019..

He doesn't bust tackles per se, but he makes yards after contact and bends the defensive line, as well as getting a quick PTB.
He's been hugely impressive for a rookie.
