Re: Politics Super Thread - keep it all in here

Presumably the cops can demand ID when necessary so I don't think the law is different is it??? If I was a crim on the run I would happily pose as a female burqa wearer to get around - though I would scare the horses, male pervers and any lesbian cops big time. It is different in that I cannot go i...

Re: Politics Super Thread - keep it all in here

Sixty years ago I would have been in favour of a burqa ban. I was living in semi-rural where people still rode horses and horses would get frightened by such a figure and rear up upending the rider. I would expect that now-a-days little children not used to them could also get frightened by the blac...

Re: Politics Super Thread - keep it all in here

You dont agree with Pauline Byron? I find that difficult to believe 😆 I had a friend quite older than myself, since deceased, and he was completely mad over her. Joined up, worked his butt off. Their mindset is 1950s and Blue Hills. It is a shame that Sarah was moved from her portfolio - like Robbi...

Re: Politics Super Thread - keep it all in here

she is covering the wrong part - she should be taping up her stupid mouth It's not very often that we agree, but she is an embarrassment to Australia. I don't agree with her politics but regardless she is so hopeless as an articulator and hasn't improved over the decades, same boat as Arthur (two w...

Re: The Bus is FULL

colmcd - you need to forget it - we have run the JT story to the END. We all know the story, don't need it repeated over and over. Byron Bay Fan and you need to get over RF - same as above. Maybe you could make it the comment on any thread about him instead of this. Let's all stay on the bus - we a...

Re: The Bus is FULL

Is there room on the roof rack for Robbie, him and Benjy are still mates. Roof Rackers come very cheap when subsidised by someone else. Robbie will be busy advising Hayne how to get rid of coaches and destroy a club for his own selfish gain. I am beginning to think how some followers think now. Gar...

And another: Have never seen DCE lose it like he did when the ref ruled try at the end there. Wasn't at the press conference either.

Re: I cryed with 3 mins to go for the tigers to win

Another: ...That was such a frustrating match. I say in future when the draw comes out and we have to play at WIN Stadium or Leichhardt we just concede the two points. Our blokes - no matter the makeup of the team - consistently lose to lesser opposition at these two grounds. Another: .....Hey Ryan,...

Re: I cryed with 3 mins to go for the tigers to win

Up to about page 19 and this is my favourite so far: I thought I was watching the North Sydney Bears in that second half plucking defeat from the Jaws of victory. Fancy losing both the Holden Cup and First Grade matches to teams at the bottom of the comp. And people dispute that there are Hoodos. Le...

Re: I cryed with 3 mins to go for the tigers to win

One of the things I love after a win is just soaking up every detail. I try to watch the game again, view all the player interviews, read every forum post, watch all the fox shows, I might even buy the Tele tomorrow.... no stuff em, I'll just read everything online!! I'm in the same boat. Haven't w...

You're one guy I could happily drive across the nullabor with True Tiger. The time would fly... The conversations we have would be out of this world mate..... :D What are you guys on about - you would be in in pansy AFL territory! Now there is an AFL team in Byron, I nearly puke every time I see th...

Sabre, I suggest you read the following, which I posted on another thread a few days ago. https://www.foxsports.com.au/nrl/nrl-premiership/jarryd-hayne-nrl-eels-titans-form-nathan-hindmarshs-brutal-assessment-on-matty-johns-show/news-story/30badd8b772268cb1f11445a737faaac After reading this critiqu...
