Re: Tim Grant

But you can also argue that his form coincides with being honoured the starting position again in place of Ava and the minutes he is playing. Plus being injured in and out for part the season probably didn't help.

Re: When was the last time that Tigers beat Rooster?

It certainly will provide a good litmus test of how we have come on over the past month of performances. What was the last score at Campbelltown earlier this year? 40-18 if we score 18 again but keep them under 30 I think we would have done pretty well TBH.

Re: Tim Grant

Hmm well I'll watch this space with interest.
See if Cleary does decide to go the other way and try secure another decent prop instead.
I guess we'd know where things are at if we offer James Graham a contract.

Re: Tim Grant

Just wanted to query this with the talk of the forum being interested in Graham. I'm really liking the way Grant is playing at the moment and he seems to be doing really well starting. My thoughts are he is a cut price forward compared to Graham who is committed and is starting to run hard. Matolin...

Re: Brooks becomes the running man

Final note, just in re watching the game. Both his try assist and the repeat set came off kicks off his right foot.
Has he decided to put the left boot away close to the line?

Re: Brooks becomes the running man

That's just it isn't it, He is developing. His 80 games in, but it's only been his last 10 games where can actually see him doing more with his game. The first 70 certainly have stunted his development. Was it Farah? Was it Taylor? Was it Moses? Or was it just the simple fact that his expected to be...

Re: Brooks becomes the running man

Come on mate give him some credit. That last play brooks took it right to the line, Teddy actually caught it and shuffled right then went left. Too be honest we were quite lucky it was a try. That said I'm still stoked. And your basing where he should on what exactly? Anyway all I'm saying is it's l...

Re: Brooks becomes the running man

I must add I've noticed brooks being involved in the middle a lot more but tonight brooks would have touch the ball just as many times as our hookers. Every play was coming from him. And the sweetener was seeing Brooks actually organising the team on every play. He was talking all game. All in all i...

M. Moses:

18 run metres
1 line break assist
1 conversion
24 tackles
6 missed tackles
4 errors
I'm curious,
Since both are now number 7s
How did Brooks stats compare?

Re: Brooks becomes the running man

No! When was the last time you saw Brooks set up an edge play, never. Brooks is an out an out half back. Most halfbacks don't have a running game. This is an added string. Ivan is clearly getting him to play to his strengths and I'm really liking that it's been identified and mentioned that Brooks p...
