He mentions he trains 5 days a week sometimes six with Saturday's but its not too demanding

Bloke is either coping well or he is used to far harder pre season training camps

With our history I know which way I'm leaning
With Ronnie Palmer and Ivan Cleary at helm nothing will be easy.

I don't want him. His disrespect towards our club to me means we shouldn't even consider him.
Agree .... don’t want him, need him or value him!

Re: Mitchell Pearce

Mitchell Pearce has declared he's capable of playing alongside Cooper Cronk at the Sydney Roosters next NRL season after arriving back in Australia to decide his next career move. The premiership-winning halfback's future is likely to come to a head next week after returning Thursday from a holiday...

Just did not have sufficient umpf to make it consistently at the 1st grade NRL level.
He will do ok in ESL .... good luck to him.

Re: Soccer talk and Banter , keep it all here

Well we got there in the end, but it was tougher than it should have been. All eyes on the group draw now, hopefully the gods are kind to us this go around. I think going to Russia we will benefit from teams actually attempting to play against us. Without a clinical finisher is becomes tough to bre...

Re: Soccer talk and Banter , keep it all here

I find it rather odd that we cannot produce world class strikers on a regular basis. Our sporting teams aside from football have got some real attacking players who have real vision, flair and accompanying skill. It is not that we have not had good strikers but it is just that we are not consistent...

Injuries will play it's part,,

1. Lolohea
2. Nofoaluma
3. Suli
4. Marsters
5. Fonua

6. Reynolds
7. Brooks

Would be my tip Rd 1.
Milne will be definitely pushing for a set if he maintains his current WC form through the trial games.

Maclaren to get a run please. Juric can ride the pine with Cahill.
Gee that bloke just never impressed me particularly when stacked against quality opposition.
Well you may as well put him into the mix ... case the others are just showing to be bumbling stooges in front of goal.

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

Val needs to work on his ball skills before he can demand to be an NRL fullback. Fullbacks who can catch and run hard are a dime-a-dozen these days, but the top notch blokes set up their outside men and play at the line. I don't recall this being a feature of his game to date. Agree we don’t need a...

Re: AN EMOTIONAL Benji Marshall has opened up on his rollercoaster rugby league career & the return “home” to Wests Tig

Sorry I can't get that picture on that fateful Saturday with Benji in his Auckland Blues jersey and his lacklustre performances in 2012 and 2013 It might be all warm ,cuddly and feel good , but it makes no rugby league sense to me It doesn't if we're playing Reynolds in reserve grade to make way fo...

Well really ..... if we can’t beat this mob we just don’t deserve to be in the WC. It’s just very poor that we couldn’t qualify through our group stages. When you see the quality that Europe and South America and to some extent Africa groups have to get through ..... well it’s just extremely bad pe...

Re: MOSES,CLEARY & FARAH - join forces for Lebanon

The difference between a bighead and a class act.
Moses declares he is ready for Origin call up.
Cleary declaims that he is not ready for Origin call up.
Something to do with Cleary being well brought up and Moses standing too close to Uncle Benny when brains were handed out.

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

Knights reportedly 2.4mil under the cap and need to spend at least 1.9mil more before they are salary cap compliant for next year. Apparently Roosters have the same problem!! you can add the broncos, and the sharks as well. It’s just a bloody joke .... the whole salary cap regulation issue ...

Re: JEREMY MARSHALL-KING

1. Hopoate 6. Foran 7. Mbye 9. Lichea/ JMK And some say our spine looks bad. Hoppa at 1 has better form than Tui Foran is better than Reynolds Mbye and Brooks a dead heat Liccha without Des's boring game plan is better than Liddle. No (based on year’s club performance and what I have seen for Tonga...
