Re: The city has lost its soul ......Sydney

One of the great cities of the world. Seriously love the place. When you live there you forget about how great it is. But it maybe the best city in the world. Also the place of my favourite dad joke...take the kids to south Sydney and say this is where they invented the toothbrush...anywhere else it...

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

what craps me off is how we see played out in the papers and tv, how teams like the dogs are after such and such , yet they have a cap crisis , then the knights just keep adding players, yet we have room and i believe a lot of cap space yet we are not linked to anyone and yes we have no signings si...

Re: Will we make the 8 in 2019?

We have made the 8, 3 times out of 19 tries. Stats suggests no. The top 8 will be most likely 7 of the teams from this year will make it and one other. Don't see us being the one other. So no. We are a club to make up the numbers.

His manager has stated he wants to play at the RWC next year for fiji and looking for a super15 contract next year in nz. That's what is reported over here. No team wants him. Guy is a joke.

Re: 2019 Coaching saga -Thread

Going to be interesting out a penrith next year. Surely when they go thru a bad patch some of the players will be looking at the coach and thinking you only got this gig because of your son. A few loses and he could be easily undermined. Hard to take someone seriously when nepotism is a reason he go...

Re: Benji Marshall re-watched all his 2018 games before deciding his future with Tigers

Benji was good to start the year. I think he was probably not expecting to play as much as he did with Grub basically becoming a permanent rehab resident all year. The wear and tear took a toll on him as the year rolled on. Farah, well despite how I felt about him going and coming back I can't igno...

A lot of :blah :blah :blah mostly...
Crap, must of missed the bit that was not :blah :blah :blah .
On the bright bright side at least the club doesn't leak like the titanic anymore,
as no one is in the know here about this.

Re: Tigers set to part ways with Cleary and seal Bennett deal

Maguire no thanks we could do better . Wayne would be a great choice although personally Des Hasler would be my 1st choice So why have we appointed potter,jt and Cleary? When we could do better...unless you rate them higher than Maguire? Maguire has just turned down manly because of there facilitie...

20 year plan?
Ambitious eh
tongue in cheek.
if the wests tigers came out and said it some fans would lap it up. after all no other club has ever said a salary cap problem will take 3 years to solve...but we did and the fans accepted it.

Re: New coach.. Who should we target?

Don't really care who we appoint. Just want someone with a plan. not short term at least a 20 year plan. last few coaches have all been 3 to 5 years. obviously doesn't work that way. blood the best under 10s we can get and by 2038 we should rock this comp.

I know it doesn't work like this but IC would have a hide to walk out and than take players after the opportunity we gave him
He better take most of them with him if he leaves. Let's be honest most of them are tryers..and that is just a nice way of saying not really good enough.

Re: TEDDY NOT FITTING IN

They bought two blokes in to win them a comp and they delivered. We'd all be estatic if we did the same. I'd be estatic if I looked at our squad and felt we only needed two signings to win the comp. Seriously though our game was founded on players being paid. the first game of rl was because we pai...

Re: 2018 Grand Final Melbourne v Roosters

I've been thinking about this article all afternoon. Itreally it goes to show how this club has treadded water for 19 years. Our board has been looking at surviving while other places have been appointing board members who will grow and lead the club to a more self sustaining model. Really the damag...
