I think Hodgson is our next best option
Could probably still play better than most.

Up to about 78 kgs now :D

Re: Manly Salary cap issue

Manly will be right, they'll get docked 12 points this year, pay a fine, sign whomever they want after that and then make the top four next year. Just like Parra and the Dogs recovered within two years so will Manly... Most if not all teams are playing Russian Roulette with the TPA's and the CAP......

Re: Manly Salary cap issue

but tonight on the news TRENT stated that they still had room in there cap to buy a new 5/8. sounds like someone is telling porkies. or there just like 5-6 other sides in the comp who get away with everything. I reckon Trent Hodkinson will go back to Manly now. They need a 5/8 and he will come fair...

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

I’m getting tired of reminiscing about Woods, Tedesco and Moses, they are all great players but they never had any intention of resigning with the Tigers - it’s a pity they were too gutless to show their hand instead of leading us all on. Lucky Ivan was able to see through them and drew a line in t...

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

I really don't know what Woods has to do to please some people. Over the past few years he hardly played a bad game for us, played long minutes and was extremely durable. On the rep stage he was much the same, okay he had a average 3rd SOO game, but was brilliant in game 1, and from what I saw of t...

Me - MK7 Golf R manual (my first VW)

Wifey - Citroen Picasso (our 6th Citroen)

Dream car - Citroen DS23 Pallas Injection Electronique 5speed
What do you like about Citroens Mac? Just curious as I've never known anyone who has owned quite so many!

We are no chance @ getting Crichton. If roosters want him they will get him. Apparently its already a done deal for '19 Yep no doubt. In a way, I kinda hope Crichton turns out to be a one season wonder just to stick it up the Roosters. Unlikely to happen I know, but I did think Daniel Mortimer and ...

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

It will be interesting to see who ends up a better signing out of matulino and packer... I'm leaning towards matulino as I think his big engine will provide the work rate that we've lost with the departure of woods (I'm a big critic of woods by the way so don't take this is an endorsement of him......

Re: David Nofoaluma plays through the pain for Wests Tigers

They took a calculated risk with him, and he made the decision to play on knowing he had the off-season to get surgery and rehabilitate. No real issue as far as long-term risks given the fact he hadn't re-injured himself after the initial prognosis. I bumped into him on his birthday last week. He w...

Why can't service stations also refuse to serve SSM people - if that means that half way across the Nullabor gays die in the desert for lack of juice then bad luck. Stuff Presilla!

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

Looking forward to seeing WT with starting front rowers that regularly find their front and get a speedy play the ball. Something that has been lacking since big Keithy departed, though Grant went well in that regard in the latter part of this season. Big Keithy, fast play the balls? He was as slow...

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

I'm with Earl, on Packer at least anyway. 700k is way too much! 500k max I reckon. He's an ok prop, but nothing special. When fit, Matulino is a much better prop and yet he's on peanuts compared to Packer. Wally Lewis said Packer would be the first player he signed if he was in charge of a club. I ...

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

Are we talking per annum here? Yeah That sounds too much to me. I hope it turns out okay. I reckon we've overpaid for Reynolds, Packer and Matulino. How much would you have paid Earl..? I'm with Earl, on Packer at least anyway. 700k is way too much! 500k max I reckon. He's an ok prop, but nothing s...
