Re: **Live game thread**

Who from our team was all smiles after the game? I think all of them would have be ashamed of themselfs. you think Chris Lawrence should be ashamed of himself.. Chris went off injured, probably concussed I thought. He'd probably feel ashamed along with the whole team, but he as an individua...

Re: Cleary: "That's not what we're about"

Cleary has to be judged on the body of work. We have won 7 games and lost 8. We have played the Storm twice, Roosters twice, Sharks, Panthers, Broncos, Warriors. I count 8 games we have no business winning. When you balance it out we have beaten some teams we shouldn’t have beat and lost to others ...

Re: Tyson Gamble

I'd certainly be happy to see him in the lineup for next game. Worth a fair go. Unfortunately I can't say that for all our players.

Re: Cleary: "That's not what we're about"

Not a season defining game? It better be. You better make up for that, better make sure you define the season by atoning for that. And it wasn't one game. 2 wins from the last 9... The Gal try last week? It's not a one off. Really though, Cleary can't drop and replace half the team, well not straigh...

Re: **Live game thread**

There is no pride Yoss, yet we have plenty making excuses for them, no wonder the players dont have a dig when the heat is on Plenty of smiles and man hugs from the boys at fulltime :brick: No, really? I didn't see that. That's pathetic, that's Mitchell Moses-like behaviour, and I don't have any lo...

Re: **Live game thread**

It's hard not to be despondent after seeing the same thing happen again. You'd deadset think Canberra were Brisbane circa 1993. 0-44 in the last hour. At home. If they got to place us more often they'd be guaranteed minor premiers every year. They must think it's all a giggle. Where's the pride fro...

Re: **Live game thread**

Living in Canberra, the Raiders game is always a massive game for me. The 89 GF, the loss in the snow around 2000/2001, and that that year where we had two golden point losses to them, personally I dread playing them. Yes we beat them in a semi, yes we did beat them once by about 40, but the last fe...

Re: What are your thoughts on signing Robbie Farah back?

Happy to have Farah for the rest of the season as long as he realises he is no longer the king pin of Wests tigers team culture. The worrying thing for me is his quote from a recent RF to Tigers article it went something like this “... I always want the ball when the games on the line”. Farah is we...

Re: What are your thoughts on signing Robbie Farah back?

Personally I don't think he would go well coming back. He wants to make the big play himself, he said that himself in a recent interview, he won't necessarily help our team-oriented style played. That said, our attack is woeful, and if Cleary thinks Robbie would be good for our team, I'm more than ...

Re: Isaac Luke

No. Petulant management and an even more petulant coach nearly killed our club. Jason Taylor was the worst thing that ever happened to our club. Someone who claims to like Jason Taylor for getting rid of Farah can’t in all honesty call themselves a Tigers fan. I do and no I'm not a Tigers fan. But ...

I would have thought somewhere south west would make more sense for us, instead of north west. Could Bowral host a game? Is Goulburn too close to Canberra?
Goulburn yes is too close to Canberra. Why not Wagga or Albury? Gundagai?

Re: Aaron Woods - Signs with Bulldogs [Official]..

Woods may not be totally driven by money, but I can't see him leaving the Dogs and forgoing a million dollars over a four year period to play with another club. He'll stay a Dog, they are stuck with him.

Re: Improving referee quality

I agree with both of you guys. They have over complicated things and people don’t seem to know what is going on. I think that the refs need a platform to explain decisions and how they were made. Not a press conference but a program/statement on the NRL where they actually explain aspects of refere...

Re: Your Team vs Wicky's Waiders

Didn't Cleary say he was going to use our whole squad throughout the year? McIlwrick hasn't had a run yet (neither had Gamble) and hooker is a problem for us so really why not give him a go. Would he be worse? That way Eiso ET and Lawrence could be our second rowers and lock, letting MCK or Aloiai t...
