10k was a pathetic crowd to farewell one of the best ever WESTS TIGERS. For all those people who bag the crowd figures at C/Town where were you tonight?

Poor crowd.

Ellis deserved better, the majority of the remainder deserved far worse

I think the gold lining of the Wests Tigers "Sheens" era has clearly tarnished. Time to rebuild.
We wear our heart on our sleeve.

fans shouldnt be expected to put in effort when the players dish up that crap. campbelltown doesnt sell out anyway, go troll somewhere else and try get over the us vs them mentality. we are one club now, deal with it.

10800....they were expecting a sell out....but seriously, a Sat niter at LO usually pulls 16-18k
It had been a nice day all day, cloudy, no rain.

Thats 6000-8000 voting with their feet & NOT going....big wake up call to Humpty, and a big hit to the clubs budget

Would have been even less if they didn't do the 2 for 1 deal two days before the Roosters game.

Yes, beau did say they were looking forward to playing at a sold out Leichhardt oval...along with his hope of Benji bringing his A grade game, he was wrong on both counts.

However, it did rain at about 7.20pm for about 20 minutes, so maybe those 6000 - 8000 just turned around and went home :D :D

The only reason I went was to farewell the big Gaz, and it was sad to see that there was no lap of honour (bit hard to do when there is only about 2000 people left, and virtually no one left on the hill side)

It was a big big wake up call to the Wests Tigers management and players, that capitulation the week before was a disgrace and the final straw in my humble opinion :brick: :brick: :brick: :brick:

I would have been there IF they had not completely flushed their season down the toilet the week before.
