Mansour won't be Origin ready for game 1. Have him there in place of Tupou for game 2 or 3.
Finally a competitive side. That team would be hard to beat.

Anyone who thinks Cook, McInnes or Peats is ready for Origin is off their chops! Peats at a pinch maybe, but honestly what has he done this year? The only decent NSW rakes over the past few years have been Farah & Ennis, the best ones now are all Queenslanders!
That's why I've got Peachy on the bench.
Two of the quickest out of dummy half in the game, and no slouches in defence either. I agree that Cook probably isn't up to it but I went for something different.
I can see the appeal for Wallace too, if we go the 80min hooker option.

Tedesco
Trbojevic
Dugan
Bird
Ferguson
Maloney
Reynolds
Woods
McInnes
Boyd
Graham
Cordner (c)
Merrin

Fifita
Frizell
Vaughan
Klemmer

Need that size and mongrel off the bench. Merrin MAY get replaced with Jake T though, would like to see the brothers debut together, but can hardly see incumbent Kangaroos not getting selected (Dugan, Fergo, Woods, Cordner, Merrin, Klemmer, Maloney, Boyd). Barring injury Adam Reynolds will be halfback, won't put Pearce in again or throw a kid to the wolves.

Anyone know if Leilani Latu can be selected for NSW? I'm surprised he didn't get another run in city/country.

He's been rubbish this year, one good game isn't enough to change that.

Swap J.Trbojovich for Klemmer, and that would be my side.

Jennings has done very little at SOO and goes missing for huge portions of the game.
Farah is too slow, Fifita too eratic, Moylan not good enough - would have liked to
have fitted Jackson in but couldn't find a spot.

Couple of minor changes due to injuries. With Woods gone we're going to need some endurance on the bench but, I can't think of anyone. Hope Sterling knows what he's doing.

2. Tom Trobojevic
3. Joey Leilua
4. Josh Dugan(Blake Ferguson if JD is injured)

Nice big side Russell, particularly the three quarters.
Youve only picked 16 though.

very smart selection of Ryan James... If Lauries blue-print included Aaron Woods, Ryan is the perfect player to provide him with what he was looking for.

Cant see Josh Jackson in the 17 this year with Cordner; Graham; Frizzell & Merrin all more than likely playing.

I've been thinking for a couple of years that James looks like an origin player but, his form seems to be a little up and down this year. Also, why didn't he play City vs Country match yesterday?

Can't agree with Merrin though, I don't think he's done enough to warrant selection this year.
