Re: cam smith
100% correct Harvey. This was Nate's fault. Regardless, after years of leading with the head he deserved some bad karma.

Why? The easy option is to insult but provide no evidence to contrary. I eagerly await your well thought out response.

Agree - Tedesco went straight through the hole Smith left by not sliding hard enough, very uncharacteristic I thought but maybe father time is finally catching up?Tiger Watto wrote: ↑Thu 01 Jun, 2017 11:31 amI love Cameron and think he is a very astute leader in our game...
However, he looked very tired last night after 30min and made alot of uncharacteristic errors/choices. On a few occasions, it was clear he simply couldnt get to the ball carrier for his trade-mark 'stick' and was completely off the pace within the SOO arena.
Qld can not go into Game 2 without a DH option on the bench to give Cameron a break or it will be series over!
Well it is perfectly simple. Nate was on his side and Cordner came over the top of him wrenching his arm into a chicken wing. Cant believe i have to explain that.pdenny77 wrote: ↑Fri 02 Jun, 2017 10:50 amWhy? The easy option is to insult but provide no evidence to contrary. I eagerly await your well thought out response.

If he is, then he should retire.
As the saying goes "if the kitchen is too hot, get out of the kitchen."
Not at all. He starred for the Kangaroos not long ago. He'll bounce back.Russell wrote: ↑Fri 02 Jun, 2017 3:24 pmAre you saying he is too old?stryker wrote: ↑Fri 02 Jun, 2017 3:12 pmHe is 34 soon.barra wrote: ↑Fri 02 Jun, 2017 2:19 pmAgree - Tedesco went straight through the hole Smith left by not sliding hard enough, very uncharacteristic I thought but maybe father time is finally catching up?Tiger Watto wrote: ↑Thu 01 Jun, 2017 11:31 amI love Cameron and think he is a very astute leader in our game...

only thing i thought should have been pulled up was the kick out from the Qld player, i think it was Milford? it looked intentional to me.
Yes that looked bad. Im surprised we havent heard more from it. He seemed to get him in the face.Tiger Come Lately wrote: ↑Fri 02 Jun, 2017 3:32 pmonly thing i thought should have been pulled up was the kick out from the Qld player, i think it was Milford? it looked intentional to me.
There is very few International games played at the intensity of a SOO. They will always find you out, that is why it is the epitome of Rugby League.stryker wrote: ↑Fri 02 Jun, 2017 3:29 pmNot at all. He starred for the Kangaroos not long ago. He'll bounce back.

we shouldn't water down SOO it needs to be tough and there is going to be a few shots that are borderline that will be let go, but kicking out thats just not on.stryker wrote: ↑Fri 02 Jun, 2017 3:34 pmYes that looked bad. Wow. OK, I'll break it down. Google "hearsay". Your words alone (as clever as I am sure you arestryker wrote: ↑Fri 02 Jun, 2017 3:09 pmWell it is perfectly simple. Nate was on his side and Cordner came over the top of him wrenching his arm into a chicken wing. Cant believe i have to explain that.

I can't believe I have to explain that.
Firstly the saying is 'if you cant stand the heat, get out of the kitchen'. Your version of it makes no sense. Secondly the saying means 'if you arent prepared to face the pressures of a task/job, then dont take it on'. Thirdly, do you really think that applies here?Russell wrote: ↑Fri 02 Jun, 2017 3:35 pmThere is very few International games played at the intensity of a SOO. Try using your own advice. We are both giving our opinion. Its just yours is wrong.pdenny77 wrote: ↑Fri 02 Jun, 2017 3:42 pmWow. OK, I'll break it down. Google "hearsay". Your words alone (as clever as I am sure you are) are not considered evidence. Re-watch the video.....maybe 5 times in your case.
