According to the NRL it should be

http://www.nrl.com/AbouttheGame/Broadca ... fault.aspx

But specifically for Kong Kong it looks like the below carries the rights unsure if it needs a subscription or not.

Any other region goes through the previous website I listed.

Region: Asia
Broadcaster: Setanta Sports
TV: Upto 5 per round
Online: All games Live on Setanta-I.com
Replays: Setanta-I.com
Territories: Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Burma (Myanmar), Cambodia, China (People's Republic), Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Nepal, North Korea, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Taiwan (Republic of China), Thailand, Timor-Leste and Vietnam.

I'm skiing at Squaw valley Nevada and surrounds .....the live steam to NRL is blocked ,this is poor form this day and age .I don,t expect live feeds but can not even watch next day highlights , it's got nothing to do with the Internet connection as all other aspects work fine.

Sawasdeekrup.
This is the NRL streaming website for anyone overseas. Its free.

And it also blocked, saying not available in your area ?
Choppers bar on Koh Toh island has a great Nrl setup, is run by a Queenslander! shows the games on a big screen, but any tourist area usually hasa couple of bars In Thailand. Not sue about Italy sorry!
