Look a bit off subject , but I would prefer we had trials against stronger sides

Gives you a better idea where you stand and not a false sense of security that you've just flogged the probable wooden spoon side and are now competition heavy weights

A trials a trial mate.

The raiders missing their 6 best players lapped the storm last week.

I don't think it really matters who you play, if anything playing parra was good as you know they were gunna take it serious

Thanks to everyone who contributed to this. Sounds like it was a good hit-out for most players. We seldom win trials against NRL clubs, so 'you beauty'!
Cheering for the mighty Wests Tigers, all the way from France.

Yeh, I posted elsewhere a few days ago that results in trials dont really matter, but leaving the ground last night I was thinking to myself the result matters a whole lot to Ricky Stuart right now.

I dont think Potter couldve asked for much more from our boys, he wouldve slept soundly I think

Correct me if im wrong but when we vsed eels in 2011 and 2012 werent they a big scoring games in trials so Mick Potter must be doing something in defence compare to Tim Sheens.

They flogged us 30-10 in 2011 in the trial, yet we finshed 4th on the ladder while they ran 14th

We won 20-12 last year I think....really little relevance to the season ahead, tho better to start well I guess

So happy with lasts nights effort, sort of off topic now. Does anyone know when Woods and Fulton are back?

Is it just me or has Blair gained a bit of size? Looks like one of the biggest in our pack now

the suggestion that moltzen is in the side ONLY to appease benji is ridiculous.

Moltzen is in the side because Potter believes he deserves to be there.

We all know Sheens was running a boys club and Moltzen was a gold member

I agree, he looked bigger in the shoulders and chest. I think this will improve his game as I always felt he was playing too light last year.

Ease up. I'm sure you'll find that most people making those comments are joking ;)
