WTF???

BMM pushed Eddy forward.lays a finger nail on a Storm player and its a no try.....where is the common sense there??

And would somene pls bash Billy Slater?????I was praying to Buddah that Farah would smack that little biatch in the face.He can do what ever he wants...boots in the face, fists in the face...he is the cheap shot king.

Yeah that was a ridiculous call for me. Ben pushed Eddie in the in-goal but his contact with the defense was very much on the minimal side.

Simply because BMM touched/laid a hand on the opposition. Its an application of the rule in a black and white fashion instead of using common sense.

Anyone could see he applied no pressure or attempted to "drive" them off Pettybourne. Stupid call.

We were robbed. Should have been a try and that could have changed the game dramatically. Really harsh call. WHere was the common sense?

NRL has gotta sell the game down south, can't let the spectators get upset.

Having the best attacking spine in the competition should sell the NRL in Melbourne enough. Shouldn't have to come down to BS reffing

That was total rubbish. We were robbed with that one. Everyone remember the Melb scrum try vs Brisbane when Thaiday WAS HELD BACK? Enough said.

It was a harsh call, and one that changed the course of the game despite the fact we scored a few minutes later. That try really would have got the wind in our sails.

That was the game breaker.....that's for sure.
PENALTIES ....14 -7.....no team can win when it's stacked up against you.
I am so proud of the whole team ....just hope they can get themselves up again by Sunday.

Thought it was a rubbish call pushing the attacker forward happens 30+ times a game all over the park with no penalties, contact was ever so slight on the defender and certainly didn't deny an opportunity to stop Eddie

Definitely should've stood. The replay suggested minimal impact. I can guarantee had the ref said try instead of no try, video ref would still have agreed with him.

Yeah mate , the lads couldn't win a trick last night In saying that , AAMI Park is a fantastic place to watch footy & a very hard place for opposition teams to win there when the away fans are so outnumbered ...reckon there were 2 Wests Tigers fan per 100.

Wests Tigers Management must stop the team having 4 different home grounds...I reckon the Storm fans don't know how lucky they have it.

Up until last night i thought the rule was that as long as you didn't interfere with an opposing player trying to make the tackle you could help push your teammate. Didn't know you were not allowed to make any type of contact with the defender.
Ive seen heaps of tries awarded where another attacking player has touched a defender trying to hold the ball carrier up, will be interested to see how many other tries under these circumstances are disallowed over the course of the season.

Rubbish decision and did change the course of the game.

Yeah Alad, AAMI Park is an awesome ground to watch footy at. The supporters are parochial and very one eyed (read Melbourne), it must be a bit of an AFL culture...I like it as there is great crowd participation and your side is always viciously outnumbered...which only makes you roar louder.
