That's a shame! Two players that would strengthen us in positions where we are in desperate need and they will end up signing somewhere else with Bennett in 2020. Sucks!
Don't think so, Oates is signing long term, and you can bet TPJ won't leave either
Correct me if I’m wrong.
But I thought TPJ grew up around Sydney.
Brisbane juniors are hard to lure out of the club but maybe being from Sydney he might be a chance, only with Bennet though.
He played u'15s for south newcastle

Apologize if spelling wrong but Sione Matutuai was in the same side

They beat my nephews team Belmont North in the grand final

Don't know how long he was in the newcastle junior system for though

Belmont sharks or Lakes United?

Young Hooker Starling from the Knghts will be here next year. NSW cup I beleive but with a chance to win the Robbie spot in 2020 and learn off him this year
Damien Cook type but on the short and nuggety side.

Def a great cup signing tho!

Konrad Hurrell is rumoured to be shopped off to ESL as the Titans want to have a crack at Kahu..

On his day he's pretty destuctive plus I like his kind of :crazy
We already have Fonua...
Yes we have fonua, but if his form doesn't improve in leaps and bounds over the off season, he is about as useful and Ivans bus :brick:
:sign: + :deadhorse: = Ivan in a nutshell

Is he the bloke who is about 4 foot tall?
Plus I think we already have a young hooker learning off Farah

Tyrell Fuimaono was a centre/back rower who was just off contract. He is now signed to Penrith, the club our current coach is heavily linked to be coaching next season.

Am i really the only who has a problem with this.

It would seem a perfect recruit for this club as we need to cover both areas. This one signing would have given both positions depth.

At this point in time do we have anyone actively recruiting or do we just have the new Penrith coach twiddling his thumbs.
We don't need any more 2nd rowers on the roster unless and until we release some 2nd rowers. We also have enough centre/2nd row options with Matterson, Chee Kam, McQueen and McIntyre in the top 30. We have very limited roster spots and we need to be using them on higher quality recruits than Tyrell Fuimaono who wouldn't even necessarily be in our best 17.

He was a Penrith junior so it's no great surprise to see him go back there.
... Matterson, Chee Kam, McQueen and McIntyre
:(
Ok Chee Kam has performed when asked.
McQueen has been a pretty big dud for a big name signing.
Mcintyre, hope he can step up.
Matterson has performed for the Chooks, but cmon it's a team that has a good forward bench. I like him and it's a good signing... but when his name is in front of that list I get worried.

Our two best second rowers are our two most junior players.

Lol, no he wasn't. Aldridge played maybe half a dozen games, mostly off the bench. He was the ISP 4th or 5th choice hooker.

We (hopefully) still have Robson in ISP. We don't need another hooker at that level. Particularly if he's tiny.

Lawrence was 30 yesterday...easily our best second rower...
Wests Tigers don't need a Coach.. The playing group has taken over..

Jacob Liddle really needs to step up doesnt he. He has been far from convincing with injury and what not.

Someone needs to step up.

Good to see this kid on board.
