On the plus side his trips tally up more than Moses' effective tackles....

I have never been a Reynolds fan but I tend to view grubs differently when they are in my team to when they are in other teams.

One thing about Reynolds is that he would complement Brooks. Both Brooks and Moses are organising halves. I like the idea of having one dominant half a la Cowboys, Melbourne. A running half and an organising half.

Reynolds might be a very effective foil for Brooks and you can never accuse Reynolds of not busting his ring. It would be depend upon his price but he could be a great value pick up that would allow us to invest the major coin in other key areas.

I have to agree with the sentiments of the last three posts - I'd rather have Dame Edna playing at five eighth than sign Reynolds!
Package deal. Dame Edna at 6 and Sir Les Patterson (aka Phil Rothfield) at prop.
:roll
Dame Edna has some deceptive ball playing and a fair kicking game.

Josh Reynolds is a bit of a grub.
But he is a competitior.
He is always in the oppositions face, he's always busting his gut.
He is a sniffer, always around the play, always in a position to score tries.
I'd have preferred for things to work out with Moses, but if his heart is not at the Tigers then he is useless to us.
At the right price Reynolds would be a good pickup.

Hard to think of a player that I would want less, no thanks.
Totally agree. I hate him more than Ennis, Cronk and Smith combined. I would boo him every time he got the ball if he played for the Tigers.

I'm one of the few that like him.
His passion and competitiveness are great, something I'd love to see from someone in a WT jersey - it's rare at our club.

He just does stupid things on a regular basis.
Not much good if he makes a 50 metre run then throws the ball to no one. He's just plain dumb and doesn't learn from his mistakes. Why do you think that the Dogs don't want him,
We give away enough dumb penalties already. Why do we need someone else who is worse at it than we are now.

He is passionate and competitive Sabre, but he's still too immature as a player, imo - too many brain explosions and bad decisions for my liking and we've had too many players like that over the years. We desperately need some maturity and cool heads in our ranks now.

I think if Cleary could light a rocket up his bum, he could form a really effective partnership with Brooks. Also, it would have to be for the right price.

Want the club going forwards not backwards, he is useless and plays behind a monster forward pack

Surely Cleary is smart enough not to sign him

I'm sure we've looked at him, but Widdop will be the priority imo.
