Its actually great that he is open to SL. Let's say he does this at the end of 2019 season, the possibility of welcoming Cleary and another marquee would be likely. Next year, Brooks is also playing for his NRL future.

Why not INK, looks like you've got healthy lately.
You have wound the clock back 40 years, if your avatar is correct.

Might need to borrow some peptides from the sharks to get him healthy.

Anyone remember what shoulder Reynolds has busted?

2013/2014 he did his shoulder twice, not clear what shoulder the first one was but the 2nd was left shoulder in the grand final. And it appears it was operated on both times, it defiantly was the first time.

JOSH Reynolds is facing another round of pre-season shoulder surgery after his left arm popped out and in during Sunday night’s grand final.

While all eyes were focused on Sam Burgess’s cheekbone after a collision with James Graham’s head in the opening seconds, Reynolds revealed he was battling through the pain barrier as well.

The Canterbury and NSW playmaker had the shoulder operated on last year. He now fears he has suffered another partial dislocation that might need surgery to reattach tendons or ligaments.

“I did it pretty early but I don’t want to sound like a sob story,” said Reynolds, standing with his left shoulder in a sling in the Bulldogs’ dressing rooms.

“I felt it before on this side. Fingers crossed it’s not that bad.”

Scans have been ordered for later this week but Reynolds looked a little dejected when asked what club medical staff had already assessed.

“It’s probably not good. I’m trying to be positive. But I wouldn’t have this on if …” his voice trailing off as he looked at the sling.

He believes the shoulder joint popped out and then back in while he made a tackle.

He’s had a bad year, but no reason why he can’t sort out the injuries and be right next year.

Last year a lot of people said Lawrence was broken down.

He will and is worth every penny we paid for him.

So far he doesnt even come close to being worth what we paid for him.
We will see what happens next year.

Way too early to be talking about moving him on or whether or not he should retire. One year deserves the benefit of the doubt. If he’s perpetually injured and only plays half a dozen games next year then we start wondering what the best course of action would be. Still, it’s beyond annoying.

Hopefully surgery can sort out what ever the issue is because resting it hasn't. They should get it done asap so he is good to go round 1 next season.

It’s not only the on field appearance that counts on the success of higher profile player signing.

Heard all that before - you dont pay any player $750 a year to watch from the sidelines and cheer on the boys. Its not sustainable and at some point he has to produce the goods. Not his fault, good fella but to date a disaster as a marquee signing.
