My biggest worry for 2019, is how do we give Liddle game time. Either Reynolds or Benji will be no14, so you can’t afford to carry a back up nine on the bench and run with just two forwards. Okay granted injuries may change all of the above, but given everyone is fit, either Reynolds,Farah, Marshall or Liddle will have to play in reggies and I know who will get the short straw.
Liddle can play left right out.

James Gavet -> Knights for 2 years
Was a big fan of him when he was here. We could've used him as an impact prop off the bench
Yeah, likewise. Had his home accident and other issues that held him back a bit at WT and has played plenty of games since.

You look at the way Manly are handling that mess, and compare it to how well we handled a mess we didn't create, idk how anyone can complain about our board.

Massive difference between Segeyaro and Cook. Segeyaro is at the back end of his career and presumably wouldn't have broken the bank...
Segeyaro is 27 just like Cook is 27
Fair enough, but I don't think that invalidates what I'm saying. With the amount of injuries Segayaro has had I doubt you'd find anyone who thinks there's much better to come from him. Cook you're buying at peak. Anyway, in either case you're talking about a not-young hooker whose main weapon is pace. That's an absolutely massive red flag on Cook for my money.

Have we lost all confidence in Liddle's ability to make FG#9 his own in 2019/20 onwards

Probably not play. Fitness aside there's not much point playing Farah in the twos particularly if it stops someone younger getting the experience. I'm thinking it's NRL or bust.

Well it's pretty quiet on the signing rumours front with the tigers lately

So I was thinking about players who were talked about in the media at switching clubs

What's happened with Napa
Looks like Newcastle have their forwards sorted so he wont be going there
Parra got Paulo

I like the idea of Napa at our club
We need the agression and big hits

We need these players willing to put their bodies on the line

I think Napa would fit in Madges Plans as far as forwards go
Or a Burgess or two

Here we go again, I’m sure the Roosters would be cock-a-hoop if we relieved them of Napa .. hopefully the Bullfogs secure him so we don’t end up with this marshmallow.
