Ivan Cleary is doing what should've been done years ago, Jason Taylor tried to shake things up but he doesn't have the respect and the experience to come in and shake things up. All the players that are leaving or have left have one thing in common they are good players when the team is winning but as soon as the team starts loosing which every team goes thru it they don't have the character to lift the less shiny players around them, so i applaude IVAN CLEARY for changing things up unfortunately for the fans we have to go thru another year of misery but the fruit will taste sweeter next year and beyond.

He didn't have the cap to spend. Much easier to rebuild with a clean slate.

Is Eisenhuth actually signed next year? I don't think eisenhuth or ET are officially on the books for 2018 currently?

Also, anyone know if Tatola or Siro are signed for 2018?
Siro wont be here
What is Sirro's plan ?
Have his father go to the media and whinge about club/current coach/ previous coach
He might have to get himself a job

I think Mcintyre and Gibbs are outside the 30, in development squad.

Yeah can anyone confirm if 'development' players are OUTSIDE the top 30 or part of the 30? And what constitutes a development player? Age? If so, Gamble may also be included.

They're 6 additional players on top of your top 30, so effectively you have a Top 36. They're players that would typically play Holden Cup and ISP but not being signed to those squads, and don't require second tier exemptions as they are part of the development program of the NRL Squad.

The governing body sent an email in April this year, to all 16 clubs telling them to prepare for a spend of $9.14 million, including allowances for a squad of 30 players and six development list players.

Ah thanks. So would assume gamble, Gibbs and mcintyre (if signed) would be included in the 6 so far?
