in the World Cup Fittler played LIchaa at DH rather than Farah maybe because Farah was more versatile? He played okay then but we only want him for about a half a season and surely he would not come for that short a time. RF may, and may only, take any lifeline to get back into FG.
Malcolm Knox: What has happened this week is a pity for the Tigers, a pity for Jason Taylor and a pity for Robbie Farah, who had achieved more than the Big Four put together but was somehow turned into collateral damage. (SMH 25-26 March, 2017)

Cheap pickup

Don't understand Why unless it is Only to make up the 30 player squad.

I still like Matt McIllrick as a fill in whilst waiting for Liddle to kick on

I haven't seen him do anything much on field... A very underwhelming recruit if true.

I guess Isaac Luke isn't a Cleary type player... Dunno if Lichaa is but I guess he'd be cheaper.

Hope this is false
Maybe Des is partly to blame for his style at the bulldogs.
I have family in Balmain and the Western suburbs so i guess that makes me a Balmain Westie

Worth signing or not?
Definitely. We know he can play but it has to be under the right coach. Cleary is the right coach and if he believes he can get the best out of him well I'll trust his judgement.

True Swag and I think we need to remember there were rumblings about Luke at the Bunnies.

I seem to remember that being said about Tuimoala Lolohea on leaving the Warriors..
Ivan's Laws

1. You are either on the Bus or you are off..
2. The Star of the Team is the Team
3. Be the player your teammates want to play with..

Slightly concerning we're going to have the Dogs spine. Lichaa seemed to have only played well when his contract was on the line.

I've seen him a few times in the juniors and played outstandingly well, He played a completely different style to the Hasler years at the Bulldogs.

Ivan must have a magic wand, the way he’s going to turn all these bog average players into superstars.

Its wearing pretty thin. So is the line that we should sign guys like Carney because Ivan will be able to get them to behave.
