No he wouldn't Hobbo. Playing behind a consistently good pack, Brooks would excel. Forwards win matches, the halves create and play off the back of them. We are so in need of 2 or 3 aggressive, hard running, off loading forwards it's just not funny!
My point being if brooks was at a decent club and couldn’t cut the mustard like he hasn’t , he’d be gone !

But we aren’t a decent club, so what’s your point?
We could be if our halfback stood up ....

.....nevermind
Your going around in circles..... What the,,

IC is an honourable man he's started something here at Wests Tigers which he says is at least a 3 year project wether Nathan joins him we will have to wait and see but that wont be until 2020 and a lot of players will have gone through the mill by then and if Penriff are successful in wining a comp in that time it will put enormous pressure on their Salary Cap so lets sit back relax enjoy what is left of this season and hope we make the 8 and see what the future has install for WTs.

Not so sure about that. A rarity that a coach returns to a club he was sascked from.

Gould still coaches Penrith, has the current coach on strings, Ivan wanted full control and when he didn't get it, was given his marching orders

That will go up in smoke if he doesn't deliver a premiership within 2 seasons

Have heard Jamayne Issakko to the Rorters as well ........

While I've been very dismissive and negative lately... Always am every year at season over time come July..... The worst thing we could do at this stage is point Cleary.... Let him finish what he started... Lots of. Unanswered questions around the corner
Cleary is the one thing we need to keep. Attracting players to the club is a very hard sell, but at least Cleary has plenty of respect out there in NRL land

Yep those 2 wins from our last 10 must have rival clubs salivating at the thought of getting Ivan.
Did anything need to be said beyond this!
Roosters, NO. Trent Robertson is doing good there.
Cowboys, will stick with Green who gave them a premiership.
Penrith, will only consider Ivan to keep Nathan. Or if the Broncos buy Anthony Griffin.

If we were still in the top 4. I would believe Brisbane or Gold Coast or someone with money would be after Ivan.
Our team has problems. Ivan is trying to work through them. Ivan is not succeeding yet, but give him a year.

All said and done, Ivan is no Supercoach. He is a decent coach, that can make the finals. Lets see how the team transforms.

Cleary will be much more valuable as a coach if he can take our club deep into the finals while building his own team

Rather then inheriting a side full of stars and making the finals elsewhere

Ivan will want to finish what he started at our club
It will give him a grate sense of satisfaction after the way he was pushed out of Penrith
And he has a point to prove
That is
He has what it takes to be a great coach

He has his knockers on here
And its tough at times to see our club loose games
But he has 2 more years to make this club strong again
