Some extra meters would be handy, though for mine deficiencies when Packerlino are not on the paddock, especially together is more of an issue, as that is generally the period when WT are not holding their own.

Would like another prop signing if one comes available through cap pressure or similarly, but hope our youngsters can rise to the occasion.

Still cant see who is going to make the metres up front. We got found out at the backend of last year with a pack that went backwards against the opposition, and we have made no improvement what so ever in that area.
I tend to agree. we are definitely at least one big bopper short, at the very least.
For our back to have any chance, our forwards need to be making inroads through the line.
Once Packer did his knee In 2018 we went on a loosing streak. Need some solid depth in this area.
There is also the Cleary's apparent use of the forwards primarily in defence, saving energy in attack, If we end up with a new coach, will we have the forwards to handle a changed approach?
Not cheaply turning over the football in poor position means we won't have to defend as much.

on the upside, a lot of people said our defence was a highlight of this year, but unfortunately that was only at the start of the season :(

True, perhaps the problem is that the tigers don't know how to count and think that a set is 3 tackles :|

Momirovski and Matterson was exactly what we needed.

Needed to get rid of McQueen.

He's doing nothing for us and we're doing nothing for him.

They are a good start, but we need a few more still to be competitive week in, week out.

I am not righting McQueen off just yet ....let’s see how committed he is with a new coach and different training techniques ,I thought he was not given much of a chance last season .

But he better show something soon or he is due for medical retirement. Last year he showed us zilch.

Apparently Shaun Johnson is exploring his options, would be the x factor we need in the halves. Handy goal kicker too. Maybe Maguire can talk him into it, assuming the Roosters haven't already signed him.

Think Craig Wing was also of Asian descent...

I wouldn't want Johnson at all. He dominates against bad teams and gets dominated against decent ones. He's a myth.
