Sending Benji on when we did was totally useless. Absolutely brain dead strategy.

And now he's continuing to go sideways, throwing risky passes and worst of all, nothing learnt. He'll lose even more confidence after tonight and sway his thoughts of a penrith contract.

....which could be a good thing

The one bright spot from tonight is that Marshall is finally running at the line. He's gone to close to scoring a couple of times and if he keeps doing it he will score.

Blair with yet another half hearted grab in defence. Potter needs to drop this gibbon.

In all honesty the plan now should not be to win matches. Burn me alive, I know.

It's all about going back to basics and training a bunch of football players to play as a team. Everything we a doing wrong is down to lack of experience and failing to perform the basics skills needed to play football.

It doesn't matter for the rest of the year if they win or lose. If they don't play as a team, nothing will ever change. Brace yourselves for a long trek back to some form of good football, which I'm sorry to say will take a number of years.

we went thru the same thing after Fittler left us in 04, We just needed to rebuild and we struggled big time but at the end of the day you need to hit rock bottom before you rise back up again, i think you guys will improve in a few years but i think its time for the "touch footy" style west tigers to be given the flick as it just isnt there anymore, Just need to start fresh and rebuild... Good post mate
