Good player but comes up many dumb plays just like Benji.

that peeves me off too- happens more than usual tbh.

that and his long kicking game are the only real deficiencis in his game- i think he will improve them further this year. he's only getting better and wiser with age imo

Heighno carried four of our bloke about 8 metres before being pushed back after Robbie came in to make it 5 in the tackle.

We did it the previous set too with 4 blokes reqd to stop one of them

Paper thin defence
It was trying to get numbers in the tackle to slow down the play-the-ball. Unfortunately 5 were in it and Heighington got a quick play-the-ball and ran at where Farah should have been but Farah was called offside so didn't make the tackle. Jason Cayless did the same in the 2004 grand final. It's a very costly error of judgement that's for sure.

If we need 5 blokes to slow a ptb from someone like heighno down, then we're in really big trouble

FYI, Farah's stats this year:

13 games
12 Try Assists
9 Linebreak Assists
5 linebreaks
577 tackles (44.34 per game)

Goes alright IMO

No ones doubting his stats. I am doubting his ability to pull clutch plays at crucial times. It has been better this year but he still cones up with bery ordinary and selfish plays at least once a game.

So disapointed Woods, Farah and Thomspon allowed that to happen.
KS had the radio on while I watched a live feed , and they said Farah and Woods had been called offside

Might explain a few things

I got the impression earlier in the year it was the Farah, marshall & Woods show.....it reminded me of a team of kids where three were dominant and the rest made up the numbers, it used to s*** me....its not so evident now were playing more as a team.

Farah can be guilty of trying to do too much, he should know by now 'markers square' is a rule the does not exist anymore, Ive rarely seen one penalized, instead of trying to earn a penalty with a scoot he should be aiming for a quick ptb

....but he is very very far from ordinary - garbage call.

I am sick of his rubbish inside balls to players standing still. I am sick of him running at offside players to get a penalty when he hasnt got one since 2007.

He was the best player in the world in '07 and now he is just average.

He improved in 2012 and this year but his selfish plays stil happen to often.

It is laughable that people compare him to Smith. Cam Smith knows how to use the players around him. Farah tries to be the hero on every play.

Are you serious. He plays as hooker half and a 5/8. He's clearly on the top 5 players in the game. Go have another beer

Agreed. That chip over the top for Simona was so selfish

Lets just relax and take a breather.

We are still in this competition. Hope we dig deep and at least pressure the top 8. Lets have a break welcome some big boys back (Galloway) and the injuries should be cleared. Robbie should come out of an origin win and come back firing.

Lets get off each other and hope for the best! It has been worse this season, at least heart was shown in the second half.

Not changing at all. My very criticism of Robbie is that he overplays his hand. That he has high stats is consistent with that.

Southerntiger, do us all a favour and embarrass yourself some more by naming a player you would play/sign at hooker besides Smith? Farah is the no. 2 hooker in Australia, his stats would actually put him at no. 1. You have out yourself at number 2 lunatic on this forum with your comments. Behind benjimagic86 of course.

Obviously saying Farah has been ordinary for years is off the mark. But u have to agree over the years he's had his fair share of poor option taking, mistakes and just plain dumb plays just like Benji. So for that part i agree with Southerntiger to an extent.

The difference is that Robbie has improved this part of his game while Benji has got worse.

A bit harsh. Seems to me that he was only commenting on the game until that stage, and he hadn't been playing well.

Bash Benji, Moltzen, Anasta, Blair for thousands of pages but one remark about Farah and this place has a fit. Geez.

That didnt come across on TV but it sounds like it matches exactly as it looked

The set prior, 4 players to stop one . Overkill :brick:

Im sure potsy will embarrass them with this during the vid sesh's this week
