As a long time Magpies supporter I've seen them get the spoon more than I'd like to admit but most of the side back then were no-name park footy players who at least had a go. Today apart from one or two players they looked like they didn't care.

At least we can make money this year betting on the opposition.

Most forum members posted during the week St George are rubbish.

Now they have thrashed us where does it leave us.

Being realistic we have one of the weakest and inexperienced roosters so 14 to 16 place is where we belong
Living the dream and praying for another premiership

look on the bright side we are were the bookies said we would be bottom and if they don't get their finger out thats where we will stay. we on the forum cannot change it we can only voice our anger at those who are running things and at this time are a complete and utter rabble and we supporters should not in any way make any excuse for this type of effort.

Blair is a waste of space.

Brooks had nothing and it was like he didn't want to get involved.

I'm sure anasta didn't play. Didn't see him once.

It is just farah to a forward fall in a tackle and repeat.

Bring in Austin, buchanen, BMM, and hopefully Simona and noff. Don't know if that will help but 37 missed tackles in round 1 will be ringing alarm bells. Potter will be looking over his shoulder all week.

Farah plays best when he plays at hooker not half also stick to passing not kicking

If Anasta wants to mentor younger players give him a job coaching in the under 8's not associated with any of our juniors

Catch the ball
hold on to it
pass it backwards

watched the game twice now

areas of concern almost all

slow when in attack

totally lost the ruck with or without the ball

Brooks took the line on twice once in the 71st minute and the 74th minute

players who came to the club Lulia bad Patterson bad Taupau Okay and Richards ok

We lost the ruck to one of the smallest packs in the NRL

Two of our tries were no tries ,one was from a turnover Richards try the only one in attack

I will give us one week to show some effort and some pride in the jersey even Farah looked disinterested

We need something bad

WTF?

Were you closer than the ref? It's not like they were doing us any favours.

If they were not awarded you would be b**** the other way.

You need to watch the game another 2 or 3 times and get your bias glasses off.

They were only tries because the ref called them that way ,there was no conclusive proof in any pictures I saw to say definite try

Might be able to argue that for Farah's try. But Taupau's definitely touched the turf.
