Maybe there's the only positive to take from today. Remove Blair from the list and you've named pretty much our 5 youngest players out there. So at least those considered our long term future had a dig.

true that.

Forgot to mention Big Ava, and Taupau as well. They both had red hot cracks as well.

Lawrence.... just.... wow. I'm gutted. So gutted. I leapt out of my chair in front of my computer at home when he broke through and looked odds on to score.

Then.... knock on.

You're breaking my balls, Chris.

today's result, once again confirms, why I do not like when wests-tigers players get picked for origin.
panthers were at full strength. wests-tigers were not.
I know you have to do the best with who is available.
today's wests-tigers team was simply, outplayed in all area's.
full credit to the panthers, they deserved their win.

it's not all doom and gloom.

the sun will still come up tomorrow, and wests-tigers will win more games this season.

Spot on! They actually went a lot better than I was expecting, considering all that you mention above - 26-10 is not a slaughter in the modern game.
Sooner or later, next year has to be this year - Ricksen

Well I believe that it won't change too much even with Farah and Co. playing. Wests Tigers were dead ducks for this match as soon as Potter picked Lawrence (again and again) and Lulia as centres for today. These two would have to be very close to the slowest and most harmless centres in NRL. Penrith knew that the centres were certainly Wests Tigers weakest link and they kept at them in attack and defence throughout the match, When will Potter ever learn (and have the courage) to send Lawrence to pasture?

Potter also made a huge mistake by picking three hookers, Luani, Haletau and Austin in this match. Luani was dead set selfish to launch himself at dummy half in an unsuccessful attempt for a try on the 5th tackle after the team had done all the hard work to get to that point.
