Matai and Lyon are going to have a field day.
great bench, but yes, the centres, the centres.......
Interesting that Austin is 5/8 though, I guess Potter feels Mitchell makes for a better fullback.

Awesome side bar the 3 & 4. Four props on the bench. Looks like we'll go in with the same game plan that saw us win last time against Manly - beat the crap out of them!

I like the theory from Potter with that side named. Just roll straight over the top of them.
Hopefully we can hold the ball long enough this week to give the forwards a decent chance at dominating.

Im blown away Lulia is still there. He was plain scared last week.
LAUGH NOW CRY LATER--JS
We've named a few smaller teams and not completed sets which have cost us. Potter has gone with a big team and a big bench. Here's hoping we have better success.

I just can't believe that Fine can not get a start, there was no way they were dropping the 600K man but Lulia .With Lawrence running up out of the line and Lulia not being able to tackle there could be a few hat tricks come Friday night ...But there is an upside Moses and Austin starting Gavet back so will be watching and hoping Lawrence does not make a bigger goose of himself.
If we can't beat them in the centres we will beat them in the forwards.

I like it. We know where our weaknesses are. The 2 centers. If we can restrict ball to our flanks and go straight up the middle, we might have a chance.
I'm feeling confident now after seeing the team but it will be a hard game up there, and yes the centres could be better, other than that I'm happy

I'm liking our bench but our centres couldn't beat an egg. At home I think Manly will put 30 past us easy.
Not to bag Anasta, who has been trying recently, but his absence means an extra needed boofhead on the bench. As long as Halatau can cover positions in the backline, we might be sticking to 4 forwards reserves.

Halatau might have to play long minutes
15 out of 17 i like, the less said about the other 2 the better
You know, I just don't get it - Potter hasn't been too scared to make the necessary changes in the past, but for some reason Lawrence and, to a lesser extent, Lulia seem to be a protected species! Can't he see how ineffective they are???? It's bad enough the team having to carry one bog average centre, but having to carry two is almost a crime!
On a positive note, the bench he has chosen is awesome! Can any of them play centre?
