Yep we need a strong runner in the halves and he is it.

Brooks with his deft touches and links with Moses and a strong running 5/8.

Reminds me of Denis Pittard but quicker.

Yes his soft hands have improved out of sight , something I wanted to see from our number 6

He become a far more dangerous player when he plays like that

Well done young man

We are going to have to make a really tough call next year with a fully fit Tedesco next year , people are saying
7.Brooks 6.Moses will be the combination , what do we do with Austin ? he is playing unreal and i fear he will leave us next year when his contract expires , the way Austin played against the Doggies (he carved up)
How do we solve this ? if we move him to the backrow we have Sirro , Sue, i fear he will leave if not given the opportunity to make the number 6 Jersey his own next year.
It depends who you talk to on this Forum, if you are Optimistic? it's because your delusional and need a reality check. If you are Pessimistic? Your accused of being a negative Nancy and to go and follow another Club.

Centre. He's quick enough. Needs time to develop the different defensive aspects of playing wider. However he's a natural footballer and has succeeded in every position we have chucked him in.
I reckon he has learnt a bit from coaching that young team of his. Not only is he giving back to the community, it's helping him as a person and a footballer.

I see him developing into someone like Greg Bird down the track.

I just hope that the writing on the wall has been well and truly noted and he gets a starting position. I know that would mean the loss of our elder statesman and mentor but I think we could handle it.

greg bird as a player maybe. But Austin seems like a decent bloke rather than a complete and utter tool who glasses his girlfriend and then blames it on his supposed mate.

Needs to do like what Lyon did and switch to center

1. James Tedesco
2. Pat Richards
3. Tim SImona
4. Blake Austin
5. David Nofoaluma
6. Mitchell Moses
7. Luke Brooks

If that can stay full strength....my gosh.

Let's hope the Lawrence rumours to Canberra are true and the raiders pay a massive chunk of his contract leaving minimal under our cap.

To me that would be a perfect fit for Austin to move to the centres. He has the speed, size and as we have seen is great when running with the ball in hand. His defence might need a little bit of work, but he has shown he can adapt to new positions through out the the year.

would make a great centre for mine....he has to be in our starting side. He has been one of our most consistent performers when he has played.

Hi All
New to the site, just a quick question
There were rumours we were in the market for krisnan inu for next year, what are everyone's thoughts of him in the centres next year? I dont really rate him that much however he might add to our squad if we can get him at the right price
Cheers

Was just a rumour mate, won't be coming here and he has shocking defense. Dogs fans want him gone.
