Santi helps secure the middle

Unread post by Goose » Sun 24 May, 2015 9:59 pm

we have had an issue in the middle defensively once our starting players come off.
Santi is terrifically mobile in the middle and a very effective middle 3rd defender.
Bringing him back could solve that problem.
The issue in the middle started once he was dropped.

Yep, more than just coincidence, he does a lot of legwork in the guts.

Decent defender, don't think I've seen him pass the ball once in NYC, nsw cup or NRL

I thought Santi looked better than he did in his first stint of the year..

To quote the favourite word he was not much of a plodder.

It's unlikely a fact.

The way he runs the defence know he's never going to pass it. For a guy his size it makes defending him easy.

I thought he was one of the only positives to come out of the game, played with lots of energy both in A and D. Probably be the first player dropped for our next hit out
