I arrived at my seat shortly after the game started, heard the whistle and looked up to see Badger. I turned to my mate who was already there and said, well no chance of winning tonight with Badger. Don't know what the stats say, but seems even worse than Hayne.

Here's what the stats say

Since 2013, Badger has reffed in 11 Tigers games. Tigers have won penalty count once and hold a 2-9 Head to head record.

Penalty Count? Tigers 59, Opp 91.

1 of the 2 wins was the Titans round 1 this year without all of those Titans players suspended for the drug thing. We won by 1 point despite a heap of disgraceful calls in that game as well.

Can't remember the only other game we won before that but I would bet its the only game out of the 11 we didn't lose the penalty count

No to the petition from me but how about someone hold Badger from the back in a tight grip while i land a few cheap ones on his face .. ?

And then we both run away laughing like Thurston ?

so a difference of 32 penalties over 11 game....approx 3 more to the other team each game

7-4
9-6
6-3

yeh, petiton away

It's not just about the stats and it's not sensible to judge all on average. Last night the penalty count was what 12-3? Of course most games are not going to be as bad as last night he would get found out pretty quick, but what is a common theme are the consistent one sided decisions he is making which is heavily influencing every single game. It is becoming more and more obvious and it's now impossible to ignore.

What the stats do indicate though is that he consistently penalises tigers out of the game.

Petition or not, those stats certainly justify my feeling downcast when I realised he was officiating. A penalty percentage of 39% for, up against 61% for the opposition is a huge mountain to climb for any team.

Welcome to the Wests Tigers, where it is always someone else's fault.

Cannot believe the players on twitter going on about it either.

They are going on about it because it's so obvious you can't ignore it. How can you not see?

Embarrassing. Betting the only ones that are signing it are Tigers fans too which makes it even more embarrassing.

Maybe other refs don't penalize us enough. Any of you tin foilers ever think of that? Maybe other refs let us off easy.
