You can't live on past performances !!

The time is now FFS !
Even Gidley's moving on at the end of the year !!

If you think Cherrington is going to fill his boots next year your dreaming, if you haven't forgotten he's the current NSW hooker and deservedly so. He's the best hooker we have, and he will be next year too so get used to it. He not there on past performance, he's there cause he's the best choice by the lenght of the Fremington straight.
He's the worst hooker in the comp by a mile .
If brain dead Daley picks him next year the Queenslanders will win another series !
Ennis is better !
As I said you can't live on past performances , another 1.8 million and 2 more seasons ... You're kidding !!!
That'll do me !

Come off it, Hobbs - he mightn't be as good as he once was, but those 2 statements are just ridiculous!

Well we lost Woods in the first half & Dene (who was playing well) early in the 2nd. Never really controlled the ruck from there.

I thought the boys did well to defend their line & were basically exhausted for Roberts try. Unlucky that Nofo's try wasn't allowed, but really we had nothing in the 2nd half.

Halatau was on the way to a career best match when he got hurt. He was absolutely smashing them. His runs were fierce. I dunno what happened to Dene but he has come real good. I hope we re-sign him or someone is going to get some value out of him next year.

You make some good points Geo and normally I'd agree but the last 10 minutes were pretty poor. We probably made 25m in our last set and Tedesco barely touched it. Sure they were gutsy but we didn't really make them sweat in last quarter of the game. The loss doesn't bother me but Christ at least make them work for it.

Still waiting for you to pick a player to replace him, unless your suggesting Ennis.

Today was a perfect example of why we need Lodge in first grade. We couldn't cover for losing a starting prop.

I take it you didn't watch the NSW cup match where he got binned, missed an easy tackle, pushed an offload that went to ground and generally showed off his 80 iq.

No doubt the guy is a giant and hard to handle but he has a serious case of the DTs. The Dave Taylors.

If we're talking replacing Farah honestly the Tigers have a host of talented rakes to choose from.

Cherrington
Liddle
Peck
Jack Wheelhouse

Are all rep junior dummy halves. Lots of options. I hope they all keep developing well.

no way is cherrington ready.. he's tough but geeze imagine brooks on the left, moses on the right and manain in the middle- the opposition forwards will be drooling.

farah still has a lot of learning to do- too many low % plays far too often

was he hooked for the final 5?

Didn't watch it but surely you would agree after what happened in first grade that we needed another prop on the bench?
And Lodge is the best option we have in NSW Cup / 20s.

buchanan wasn't too bad imo. ineffective charges but defended OK- slowed the ruck down quite a bit.

Watch the first 10 & then switch over to Teddys highlights on YouTube. Some would say we were courageous but it was just one of those games.
